There goes our 8-8 season. Looks like we are now headed to 6-10 or so. I was really looking forward to us playing Washington for the division again in week 17.

What do people expect? He was injury prone in college and has been injury prone in the pros. When you take guys to get " a deal" there is a reason behind that deal and the Boys like taking chances with injured players. Roll the dice and you lose sometimes.

He was not injury prone in college.

The fact that this keeps getting repeated is astounding.

At least he got his injury over with early on. Don't have to worry about it mid season this time.

In watching the video, it looks like he planted his left leg at a bad angle and it simply didn't move when he made contact.

Hardly a dirty play by Martin; the reality is that Lee is snakebitten and injury prone. Great player, but can't stay on the field. If Lee can't handle that type of reduced contact at this speed, what's he going to do when players are going 100% in a gametime scenario?

Thats what i saw too, he planted the left leg and it even comes of the ground before he is pancaked. Looks like he over ran play and was planting so he could cut back to the right

I have to tell you, if I see more clever pictures of boxes marked fragile, glass houses and the like, I might just die laughing.

Aww come one. The glass house was a good one. Nothing wrong with comedy relief. We all love the guy but he is prone to injury, just is what it is.

I didn't follow his college career. Did he just have one bad injury?

Yes.

He did not miss a game his freshman, sophomore, or junior year. He made 26 straight starts his sophomore and junior year (he played as a true freshman but mostly special teams and some back up work).

He tore his ACL in spring ball going into what would have been his senior year. He redshirted and then came back and played as a 5th year senior.

I looked through the video, and yeah, you don't see Martin actually hitting Lee, but for sure landing on him. They're talking about it on NFL radio. PK saying eventually they'll have to get rid of 11 on 11, and submit all the OTA tapes to the league.

or just stop drafting the IP players
