Well, you’re going to be unhappy, which many people enjoy being unhappy, because Garrett’s not getting fired anytime soon.

Im actually very happy. My happiness isnt tied to a football team though. Anyway,... not a doubt in my mind that Garrett gets fired. Might not be this year,... but it will be soon. He hasnt proven anything in the minds of most reasonable people.

You're forgetting who his boss is.

Jerry is not a guy who coldly assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the team and acts accordingly; he's a guy who looks for reasons to be optimistic.

The guy has NOTHING TO DO during the game, unless it gets into game management (time outs, etc) and he is terrible at that. I want a better game day coach.

Jason Garrett carries 100% Coaches rating in holding up one finger this year.
He's a strong 99.5% in rhythmic clapping. Clap-clap-clap-clap seems to be his specialty.
Yeah, his numbers suffer with the audiblized clapping, dipping to just 83.4.
His weaknesses in the clap -- clap-clap-clap -- clap area and clap-clap -- clap -- clap-clap need work.
Still he averages a strong 3mph in gum chewing.
No doubt once he learns to chew gum and clap at the same time, we'll have a top notch coach.

Well, he's explicitly said it within the last two weeks.

I know everybody wants to see Garrett fired so bad they interpreted that as the opposite of what he said, but I think that's a real stretch.

Jerry likes this staff, and he's committed money to it. He won't change unless he reall has to.
