That said, if a Green-Beckham slides to say the 3rd round? I wouldn't say no.

If DGB slips to the third than 32 teams slept through the first two rounds and we already got White and Gurley. That guy is going top 15, possibly top 10.

How many games did any player not show up besides Williams. That is the question.

As sorry as the D was, they showed up.

The O-Line Showed up. Romo Showed up. Dez showed up. Where was our Number 2 WR? Sure he had a few games where he broke a long 1, but is that all he is? A 1 trick pony? I want consistency, and chain movements.

A guy that can catch the ball and get open consistently in the face of a 1 on 1. All this speed they say he has, he sucks.

Every game they showed up? Williams was the only player who didn't shiow up every game? Wow.

I'll be shocked if he's anywhere near that high.

Third round is an obvious stretch, but I think he'll go closer to that area than he will Top 10.

Take a wild guess...what was Alvin Harper's highest reception total when he was with the Boys?

He played n a prolific offense with a dominant running game, and a Pro Bowl QB, TE, & WR. Sounds a lot like our offense now, doesn't it?

Harper never caught more than 36 passes as a Cowboy, by the way.

Harper was a threat because he was a world class Olympic Athlete who could jump as high as he needed to. That's why he was effective.

The whole premise is silly on many counts.

Should the Cowboys acquire more WR? Of course; they're really thin at the position. But you don't draft someone to "replace" Williams. You draft someone because they have talent and they're better than other available guys. Then you get into camp and sort out what you have and assign playing time accordingly. This idea of bringing someone in to "replace" someone else is just incredibly wrong-headed.

Also, the Cowboys threw over 100 fewer passes last year than they did the year before. Did you expect Williams' catches to increase? This offense uses Dez as the clear #1, and everything else is spread around between Witten, Williams, Beasley, and the others (Witten was the clear #2 in past years, but his targets dropped more than anyone's last year). So what's wrong with that, exactly?

On a per-target basis, Football Outsiders rated Williams as the 3rd-best receiver in the NFL last year. You can quibble with their stats, but he was extremely productive when thrown to. Yeah, let's replace the guy.

How many clutch catches does he have with his hands? How many games has he gone, where he did not show up?

You continue to harp on about this.

HOW MANY DROPS DOES HE HAVE? We've been over this time and time and time again. You're avoiding it.

I've been waiting a few weeks now for you to comment. Your agenda against Williams is getting old.

You have yet to back it up that he "sucks" Come on, show me a statistical category that he sucked in. What was his yards per catch? How many TDs did he have? How well did he perform in the two biggest games last year?

Your expectations in a run heavy offense for Williams are never going to be met with him behind Bryant and Witten. Just stop, it's getting embarrassing.

The only 'wrong' that I can see - and this isn't advocating the replacing of Williams - was the bit of a disappearing act he had from weeks 9 through 15. He needs to develop into a more consistent threat so that when teams decide to double-team Bryant, players like him can make them pay for it.

I'm hopeful for him continuing to mature and develop into a more reliable, more consistent contributor.

The D didn't show up every week it was a no show in the first Washington game and it did a disappearing act vs Philly on Thanksgiving. The D was nowhere to be found in the 2nd half vs Green Bay in the playoffs. Twill battled an injury after the AZ game which caused him to disappear for several games but he came on late in the season and in the playoffs. He showed up in some important games with some big catches. He had 8 TD's last season which is very good for a #2 receiver who has one of the elite WR's in the game opposite him and a future HOF TE who's been Romo's security blanket for almost a decade. His 16.8 per catch average was second only to DeSean Jackson in 2014.

What you're saying about Twill could have been said about Alvin Harper but like with Twill Harper played opposite an elite #1 receiver and was the 3rd option behind Irvin and Jay Novacek. Although Twill doesn't catch many passes he makes a lot of big plays down the field like Harper did that's where he brings value to the offense. As for him not showing up he showed up more than Dez in the playoffs with 130 yards and 2 TD's. With Dez, Witten and Beasley Twill is the 4th option so he's not going to get a lot of catches. No #2 receiver is going to get a lot of catches with the receiving options Romo has.

Not sure why anyone would want this guy gone. He made some pretty clutch catches last season. The Hawks game, THREE touchdowns in the playoffs. No reason to replace a player when he does that, especially at this age.

Honestly, nah. We need to fill in so many other holes. We still have a ton of receiving targets with Beasley, Witten, Dez, and Street. When you have so many quality receiving options on the team, coupled with the fact that we were a running team last year, he's not going to put up gaudy stats.

Explain to me how guys like crayton and LR were pretty consistent.

I hear you bro.

But LR played opposite of dez and took advantage of 1 on 1

First off, LR was here in 2011; Dez was nowhere near the player he is today. Some of you forget how raw he was back in 2010 and 2011 and even the first half of 2012. Secondly, we weren't anywhere near the run heavy offense we were last year which cut down on passes which results in lesser reception.

And Crayton, what about him? His best year was in 2007 when he had 50 receptions, the most receptions after that? Yeah, 39.

Look bro.... Williams is not consistent or good.

Vs ten 2 catches 20 yards.

Stl 2 catches 32 yards.

Nyg 1 catch 18 yards.

Ari 2 catches 19 yards.

Jax shut out

Following week after shut out 1 catch 18 yards.

Phi 2 catches 38 yards.

Chi shut out

Phi again 2 catches 19 yards.

The rest of the games he didn't even crack 80 yards and barely more than 5 catches.

Run 1st or not... Cole b and dez were way more consistent. Beasley was way more consistent than our damn number 2.

That's 9 games out of 16 that he was non existent. Tell me again he's consistent and good for is. He's trash. The other games like I said he barely broke 50.

Dude is garbage face it. We need to upgrade.

I understand its the cowboys, you love our players. I respect that. I'm sure you'd be OK with MO starting for is also...huh?

You can keep saying it and keep being wrong. It won't change anything.

Whatever he did to you, you gotta let it go(since your name is frozen).
