So what? Maybe he sent T.O. for a breather. You think T.O. is some kind of immortal?

the 1:26 tackle isnt a big hit...but the 1:36 push is a 'hit'?

k.

taylor sent TO to the bench, which is what i said.

..... it was an illegal "hit" too.... in the back.... very manly.

I guess only a Commanders fan would be celebriting that awesome "hit".

put your glasses on and watch the replay, geeze you must be blind. i like how you had nothing to say bout all the sideline hits

usually when players are tackled by the facebook they get up immediately and &#%&# at the ref about it. Mcnabb did not at all. There was no turning of the helmet when he got tackled.

Only Cowboys fans would be defending a guy who got overturned by Clinton Portis. Great hitter there.

Big hitting doesn't matter unless something happens that benefits the team, like forced fumbles.

Sean (in his career) forced 7 fumbles in 3 seasons. Roy has forced 9 in 5.

Sending TO to the bench because he caused a broken bone that was completely unrelated to the ferocity of hit (just an ackward fall is all) doesn't mean jack.

looks like he got pads to me, man.

and i counted one sideline hit (unknown cowboys WR's- possibly TO's- foot was on the line when he was hit) and a shove out of bounds on TO which he promptly whined about to the nearest ref.

how many did you count?

that's ********, if he had his facemask in that particular tackle (if I'm thinking of the right hit), McNabb's head would have been jerked backwards.

in the slow mo, his right hand is the one you can see, and you can see its got mcnabbs right shoulder pad.

did you mean the left?

I can't view google or youtube from work. If I see a video that shows T.O. missing the next play, then you're right and I'm wrong. I'm pretty certain it never happened, though.

:laugh1: :laugh2: :laugh2: That's what Riggo over there is argueing!

The hit he keeps saying "taylor sent TO to the bench" was TO landing funny during a normal tackle so you lose my friend. I guess it's ok for a fellow Commanders fan to say "hey taylor sent TO to the bench" with a standard tackle but it's not ok for a Cowboy fan, I see how th is works. lolZ, thanks for playing.

You get paid to hit. 165, 265 and everything in between. If your going to be the A #1, you gotta earn your pay. Roy should have laid wood on him but he didn't. This year is another year. I hope that if given the opportunity, Roy takes it next time it presents itself.

Having said that, my original point still stands. Anybody can look bad in one game. Doesn't make them any less of a player. Just means they had a bad game.

Roy did stand up Brandon Jacobs 2 years ago though

So your basic line of argument is, somebody sending somebody to the bench, despite the TYPE of hit is the exact same?

See the difference is Roy landed funny on Owens and caused a broken leg. That was neither Roy's ability nor Owens' lack thereof. Taylor just hit him really hard and caused some jarring. I doubt it was a simple, oh I landed funny thing. Hitting the ground without twisting or ackward positions happens in football on just about every play.

no I'm not, I've seen hits that make any of Sean Taylor's look like Pop-Warner

Yeah dude, whatever. The only people that agree with you are, gasp, cowboys' fans.
