Site Layout Change in Honor of Sean Taylor **** PLEASE READ ****

I opened my browser to CowboysZone and at first a blank burgundy screen appeared and I thought, "Crap. Something's wrong with my computer". Then the rest of the screen filled in and I went, Wow!! Very classy. I, too, am proud to be a member of this site.

Rest in peace Sean and best wishes to his family, friends, teammates and fans. This is a terrible thing to happen.

I doubt they would do the same for a Cowboy over at ES.
You'd be surprised. There was a good thread over at ES when Romo's father was diagnosed with cancer.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.

It's definitely a hard one to swallow. We as fans follow these guys endlessly - watch their interviews and press conferences, make visits to Commanders park, meet and talk to the players, and see them on gameday. It really is tough.

I really don't know what to say, it makes me sick to my stomach; football is the last thing on my mind right now.

My prayers go out to his friends and family members. What a horrible tragedy.

I would not mind this staying up for a while. Its been a shocking day that reminds us that this is just a football game and there are so many more important things in life.

Very nice.

There are just some things more important than football.

I've never been more proud of my fellow CowboysZone members.....Man, you are a classy bunch.

My prayers go out to the Sean's family, friends, and team mates.

RIP Sean Taylor.

As a Commanders fan, I can't tell you how much this means.

As a fan base we loved Sean more than any other player, I think because we had the chance to watch him grow and change right in front of our eyes. Our troublemaker was growing as a good person and a player and it was a joy to watch. He was only 24.

Seeing his life cut short like this is unbelievably hard. Whatever you think of him as a person, Sean adored his little girl and knowing she isn't going to get to know him is maybe the hardest thing of all.

So, beyond rivalries and football and teams, all I can say is that knowing there are good people out there, honoring him and seeing what a terrible, sad thing this is means a lot in the face of such a senseless act of violence.

I think, this Thursday I'll be rooting for the Cowboys for the first time in my life. You guys have been unbelievable and made it hard, at least temporarily, to wish you anything but the best.

Very nice thought.

May God bless Sean Taylor and his family in this time of sorrow.
