Dumb message. Bad decisions lead to bad consequences(not just incarceration) that are blind to color... addiction, financial instability, broken families, and yes incarceration. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. And stop blaming the cops that are just doing their job.

Laws disproportionately target communities of color because blacks disproportionately are charged and convicted with crimes.
