Sorry Dak

Ha! Its misdirected animosity. Garrett needs to go..him and his boy friends...simple.

I wouldn't mind seeing a new defensive scheme. I'm sick of Marinelli's bend but don't break crap. Why bend at all? I want an attacking defense.

Garrett is the least of my concern right now, because the offense is basically Scott Linehan's. But I hear you load and clear. The Cowboys shouldn't have lost today. They should have blown the Rams out with the first half they had.

Dak has had like 5+ INT's drop this season and a bunch that were dropped last season, so let's not say he doesn't turn over the ball.
You will only allow 4 a season from your QB?

Dak missed Dez on that play

"That's on Dez."

Wow, Dak has some really poor accuracy

"LOL did you see all that pressure, boi?"

What the heck, why is Dak going noodle arm?

"LOL he's just throwing off his back foot. Nothing to worry about, it'll get fixed."

Same crap excuses, different week.

So....the Cowboys gain 440 yards, the offense scores 30 points....

And Dak and his three TD passes is the reason Dallas lost?

I understand emotions after a loss tend to run high, but this is a classic case of misplaced blame. Prescott was far from perfect today. He was far from perfect most of the time last year, too, but it's not time to start a new QB search. Let's get the offensive line to step up, and let's find some defense, and then we'll figure out what the real problem in Dallas is.

Welcome to Tony Romo's world, Dak!
Tony Romo? Love the guy but he's gone. Dak is our reality. Our reality has been painful this year.

For those who don't think dak is the answer, what is the lowest draft pick you would take right now for him?

4TDs. Offense wasn't the problem. No excuses need to be made.

I wouldn't take a draft pick for him. He's what have for the foreseeable future.

What did he do in the majority of the second half?

Which second year QB brought his team back, which made plays at the end to win the game?

Scored yet another TD to bring his team to 30 points, which is the same number of points the Patriots put up against the Panthers.

No second year QB brought his team back. If you think Goff won the game for the Rams then you're as delusional as they come

Yes, because Romo always took the blame for a loss even when the offense lit it up. The Cowboys couldn't make a second half stop defensively today to save their lives, and people are blaming Dak.

The reality is this- blaming Dak for terrible defensive play is missing the point. If Prescott threw for barely 100 yards and had five picks today, I would blame him. But he threw three TD passes and his lone pick was the o-line's fault for getting him leveled as he threw.

The defense and coaches are to blame.

2 catches for Witten the last 2 weeks..... that is on Dak. You have to use Witten. He was actually open in the seem on 4th down too.

So, he scored 7 points in the second half....

This isn't a problem to you? AGAIN, who led the team back for a win, who helped lose? Answer it.

"No QB" - this is ridiculous.

WHICH TEAM CAME BACK ON OFFENSE AND WHO WAS THE LEADER OF THAT OFFENSE? ANSWER HONESTLY.

Are you kidding me? If the other team scores 30 then we need to score 31 if we have the ball and enough time. That's what sports is about. I think.

I'm gonna drop this as an exclamation mark and exit this thread. Today:

One QB was 21/36 for 255 yards wth two scores.

The other QB was 20/36 for 252 yards and 3 scores, with a dropped TD and a dropped 3rd down conversion.

The second of these two QBs is getting called out, while the first is getting praised.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Out.

Move on yourself.

Just because he escaped from JJ Watt once doesn't mean that he always handled pressure well.

But that's besides the point, we needed Dak's running ability and escapability to deal with the pressure we were giving up today.

YR

And here ya go. You have to have better takes than that.

This just in...Dak is in his 2nd season playing in the NFL. I am watching the GREAT Carson Wentz throw up lolipops (oh one int was just dropped) and make bad decisions. But he is getting slightly better. It is a process...

The differene is Dak has 30+ tds to 7 ints in his career. Dak is still growing and working hard. If this is as bad as it is going to get for Dak, we are in great shape.

No, there are two parts to the game. It's about scoring points and preventing the other team from scoring points. If your team can't prevent the other from scoring, you will never reach the Superbowl - it doesn't matter how good you are. Something Romo found out the hard way.

Gurney was the leader of the Rams offense.

And no, scoring 30 points in a game isn't a problem to me. If that's the problem for you, then you have issues.

So is Goff.
