If this front office traded for Aaron '***** Donald for a 6th some here will complain, is just the nature of the beast.
Good point. Hopkins was on that vaunted Cardinals offense with and without Kyler Murray. And I’m sure playing on the worst team in the NFL led by Davis Mills had nothing to do with it…
rightAnd I’m sure playing on the worst team in the NFL led by Davis Mills had nothing to do with it…
There was another option that would've improved the team even more by trading for Hopkins. What the hell? He makes the team better ...... he is much better than Gallup ....... only reason to be upset about this is if you had your heart set on Hop or OBJ
I would rather give up two late picks for Cooks than a 2nd round pick for Hopkins, who is slower and got suspended for PED's last year. Just my opinion.Yeah except he had better numbers than Cooks last year with a month less games.
Good point, bro!
I like all three of those players as well but I don’t think the draft will play out in a way that makes this possible.
Cooks is here at $8 million less than what Dallas would have paid Cooper annually.Seems like we could have kept Cooper at this point, but ok.
they would use his age past his prime argument LOLIf this front office traded for Aaron '***** Donald for a 6th some here will complain, is just the nature of the beast.
Doesn't make you feel like dhop does it...
Hop was a pipe dream, the Cardinals want too much. OBJ high ceiling but 2 knee surgeries? This is a good move. Smarter keeping early draft picks. What the hell? If you think defenses fear cooks like they do Hopkins….have at it. I don’t die on that hill. Cooks much faster but he had 2 games last year of 80+ yards in 13 games. Hopkins had 5 in 9 games and scored more touchdownsAnd Cooks missed 4 games last year. He really hasn’t been much better than Cooks the last couple years. But I guess the stats don’t matter.
In what world do you live in where Brandon Cooks has been average?
Just realized Hou is paying 6 mil… that helps offset some of the risk for sure. I don’t know where that puts us next year in terms of his contract. Why can’t it be 2021 when Cooks had over 1,000 yards?
How does how many times he’s been traded affect his play?
And the Cowboys will be paying Cooks 12.35M, not 18M
He’s only played 19 games in two seasons. What did he deliver? He’s still really good and he’s still much better than cooks. He missed 6 games for suspension last year and still delivered
I guess so, yeah. Let's see if we get another player with that money.Cooks is here at $8 million less than what Dallas would have paid Cooper annually.
