Probably, yes.It was the right move to make.
Is the Cooper trade going to live on as an urban myth, like ruing players not selected in the draft.?

Correct!!The front office has changed this offseason, actually using the trade market to roster build. I really like both Gilmore and Cooks and all they gave up was 3 day 3 picks, excellent trades!
My main concern now isDefinitely! We've got CB, backup QB, and WR sorted. All that's left, imo, is NT, RB, and Guard, and this team should be ready. Bobby Wagner would be the cherry on top if we can manage that too.
I understand concerns over DakCap Hell is a Myth.
Dak Haters used it in their Goalpost Shifting strategy to Hate Prescott
Dak Haters are weirdos
LB also a sneaky need. Not much behind LVE and we know he’s got injury history. Clark wasnt ready last year. Very thin there.Very good move. What’s not to like. He’s still only 29…he’s not a number 1. We need him to compliment ceedee which he does.
We also still have Gallup who is more than serviceable.
Now I’m the draft id look at upgrading the oline…. NT and also TE.
My main concern now is
DT.
If we could get a solid one,
We can go into the draft and take the best available player.
And despite having the worst QB situation in the NFL (arguably).Cooks, 29, had 57 receptions for 699 yards and three touchdowns despite missing four games last season

GRADE-A
Surrounding Dak with pro bowlers at every position in an attempt to TRY to mask his deficiencies can't erase his poor game deciding flaws in real time against better opponents.I understand concerns over Dak
Especially his playoff performances ,
But some posters are extremely over the top, turning every post into a bash Dak thread.
Exactly. OBJ would have cost more. Hopkins would have cost more AND cost more draft capital. This trade was a steal, just like Gilmore.Didn't want Hopkins, Didn't OBJ.
Cooks was always my number 1 free agent target.
Well Done FO
One guy is the clear #2 WR here. The other is being touted as a top 10 talent premier WR yet these guys careers are extremely similar. The love for Cooper around here is ridiculous and the value vs production wasnt even close. Cleveland will find out soon enough that they need a legit #1. He’ll be gone from there sooner rather than later.sure. i like him just think that pointing to one season of output is silly. why not use amaris numbers this year and ask yourself if we could’ve used that?
Stop it, you’re hurting my feelingsWell you’re a fricken Eagles fan so of course you would make a take like this. You really think Cowboys fans are really stupid don’t you? I must admit, many Zoners are stupid, but there’s a good group of us who understand what the likes of you bring to this board.
What annoyed me the most about Cooper was he would go off for 11 catches for 150 yards one week, catch three for 24 for three more weeks, then have a 200 yard game after that. No consistency. The Raiders and Cowboys both realized that. One guy is the clear #2 WR here. The other is being touted as a top 10 talent premier WR yet these guys careers are extremely similar.
