Yes, sir, it was. But they managed to get the win tonight. I was afraid Bochy was going to send Chapman out for the 9th, but thankfully he let LeClerc go back out. He’s had his struggles, but he’s pitching better than Chapman right now.

Need to win tomorrow and wrap up the Division since it looks like Arizona is mailing it in with no incentive to improve their playoff position.

A lot on the line Sunday . The division . Rangers win they get the West and don’t have to play first round , much needed pitching rest . That’s why Dane Dunning starting Sunday on 3 days rest . The division is right in front for the taking . Make Houston play a 2 out of 3 with probably Minnesota first round and hopefully get eliminated .

Looks like they had nothing left emotionally after already celebrating a playoff clinch on Saturday. Now they have to play a great Tampa team on the road. I'm not really expecting anything, I know this pitching staff doesn't have it. Once Scherzer got hurt then any chance of really making any noise in the playoffs went out the window, especially with Eovaldi looking bad since returning from injury. Maybe they had the same feeling and treated Saturday's win like their championship.

The division would have given them not only pitching rest but home cooking games . Now you have to survive Tampa to get back home . I’m not conceding anything the offense can wake up and hopefully Montgomery throws a gem .

Nice to win, but the offense is still not where it needs to be. Saturday’s and yesterday’s wins were helped significantly by Seattle’s and Tampa’s mistakes. Maybe the offense wakes up today and they earn a short bit of rest before facing Baltimore. They definitely need it.
