CeeDee and Gallup didn't do him any favors... But, like I was saying in another thread, I think the actual big reason we do so well with Rush is because of the mistakes he prevents pre-snap.
I think he is doing a lot pre-snap in a lot of situations, that has prevented mistakes that could have been bad.

Granted they didn’t do him any favors. However the Cowboys are playing pretty cautious with Rush. They don’t want him turning the ball over and so far he hasn’t. We’re depending on our defense and running game. We have to keep opponents under 20 points.

As much as I have absolutely loved watching Cooper Rush play quarterback I know DAk is coming back at some point soon.
Cooper Rush proved to cowboy nation that there's more than one way to play quarterback and win in the NFL.

In my opinion DAk should come back and be able to lead us to a win against the eagles and play well.
This is what he is being paid to do come back and beat the best of the best there is no room for any excuses All of his were used up in week one.

Cooper Rush has left DAk The absolute best possible situation and he should be able to come back and take full advantage of it.

If this is not the case it proves positive that it is time for us to use a high draft pick and draft a quarterback.
With this defense there is absolutely no reason for Dak to lose to anyone in The NFC.

Dak has all the tools on this team to get the job done.
More than adequate weapons on offense and offensive line that an immobile backup quarterback can operate behind.

Good special teams play
And a shutdown defense
Now put your big boy pants on and let's get it done.

There has to be real concern going through everyone's head if Dak sucks when he comes back and we lose.

They're paying Dak a lot of money to be great and now we're 4-0 without him on the field and 0-1 with him.

Dak still has more turnovers right now this season than Rush does.

It’s our defense doing more than enough that’s winning games. I haven’t seen a Cowboys defense like this since they were winning Super Bowls in the early 90s.

They are making a name for themselves. Gotta keep 'em healthy and focused.

cooper rush had all of 102 yards passing. 16 total passes to 30 rushes...and you say its good QB play...

no, this was a job well done by OL and Moore and Quinn and the defense. you forgot to throw accolades at those guys, given seemingly your Dak hatred is blinding you to actually what's happening. its called missing the forest because of the trees.

and btw, this is not a Dak defense response...its that you missed everybody else....

Couple big drops today too on 3rd downs but thankfully it didn't matter. WR's need to do their job as well. The offense did what it had to today but you're right. Definitely will need more from the passing game against the better teams on the schedule. Without doubt.

As the season goes on and we face better opponents we’re going to have to do more offensively. Not to take anything away from the win but we caught a struggling Rams team today.

wait in preseason everyone said we need a new back up QB (myself included) and he is trash....so now, we haven't had this good of QB play in a long time...seriously. he had 16 passes and 102 yards....we rushed the ball 30 times. the defense/special team directly responsible for almost 10 points. but yeah, I guess they are trash.

rush is making the right reads and calls. He is not forcing the pass to pad his stats.

I am a fan of the cowboys, not any individual players. I get everyone hates Dak, but he led the #1 offense in the league last year. I love Rush as our backup, but he can’t push that kind of offense. It’s obvious.
