My problem is with Jerry claiming we are going all in ....... and hiring someone who is the safest, easiest, most predictable choice.

This is just another "make Jerry feel comfortable and cozy" hire.

I don’t see the correlation between “all in” and hiring a coaching staff. Not that I agree they’ll go “all in “ either but not sure how the 2 are even connected.
