Not a horrible idea, but I'm glad Nolan had enough clout to tell WB to go jump in the lake and that he'll make the film he wants to make!

BTW, I'm seeing RISES in about 3 weeks and I am STOKED! :starspin

I'm sure glad Nolan was able to make the film he wanted instead of being directed by WB.

I know everyone has a hard on for heath ledgers performance and rightly so. it was absolutely an incredible performance. but, tom hardy's performance appears to be something very special as well. the dude is a really good actor and i think this proves it.

Good, I'll be looking forward to it lol I want to see this movie so bad partly because of him. It looks like he did a very very good job with this. I'm really excited to see his performance.

After Batman Dark Knight, this movie will get my money.

I hated Batman Begins though, thought it was awful.

So my expectations are mixed. Joker was one of the biggest reasons Dark Knight was so good, it's going to be hard to match.

Watch 'Warrior' it's about mma fighting. It's based on a true story about 2 brothers, one a teacher and one has come back from the war and enter a tourney.

He was also in Bronson which was a pretty good/cool movie. If you consider yourself a movie buff both are worth watching.

No problem man. Warrior was a flick that flew under the radar. Bronson on the other hand is more of an obscure/artsy/stylized film. I think you might have to be a fan of film in general to enjoy that movie. It's not a blockbuster or movie that gives you chills at the end. It's just a good flick and worth the 2 hrs for the performance. Actually, look up Charles Bronson, I think that's his name. He was the most violent prisoner in England(I think it was England) back in the 60 or 70's. Its a cool movie though, like I said.

I see RISES in two weeks...can't wait! War movie/Disaster film/Superhero movie. Tremendously anxious to see how Nolan ends his Bat-Trilogy.
