I'm ready for the team to move on. Belichick or Harbaugh. Belichick might bring Saban so keep that in mind.

If you’re serious at all about winning you have to get rid of McCarthy.

Someone has to be held accountable and unfortunately it will be him.

You know you aren’t getting rid of Dak and you know you can’t win with this coaching staff.

Time for change.

Belichick is a no brainer unless he wants control over personnel.

I don't really blame MM because he had so much help driving this game in the ditch.

This is the offseason they can actually get rid of Dak.

Save 20 mil on the cap if they designate him a June 1 cut.

They can’t afford to let him play on his final year without extending him cap wise.

The choice is literally give him an extension or move on this offseason.

I say roll with Lance or draft a 1st round QB

I'd move on from both Dak & McCarthy.

What's funny is: the real culprit today in totality was Dan Quinn. That effort showed zero preparation whatsoever.

I'm ready for new or suffer with more of the same. I really care less & less by the second.

McCarthy and Dan Quinn need to go. My biggest issue with McCarthy is that the team, post-Garrett, still is one of the worst offenders in terms of penalties. That may be an IQ issue with the players, or a culture issue. But feel even a young coach won't fix that. It'll take a Vrabel, Bellichek, or Harbaugh guy to fix it.
I agree, it's a cultural thing because it has continues through several coaches... got have someone that will chew some @.. I don't think it's an IQ thing because it doesn't matter the players it happens year in and year out.

Per ESPN, Dallas is the first team ever to win 12 games in three consecutive playoff seasons and fail to make the conference championship game each time, all under McCarthy's watch. The Cowboys have not made it to an NFC title game since their last Super Bowl win in 1995.

True, but 90% of the NFL has bad defenses. You have to at least win those consistently and he did. Something Garrett-top couldn’t do.
but it's not the 90% you have to beat to win a Championship... it's that 10% that we can't beat.
I could careless about a 12-5 season that ends in a first round playoff lose, I could careless that they won 12 regular season games... give me 9-7 and a second round game all day long over that nonsense.

A head coaching change can come with serious growing pains. I'm thinking one or two lost seasons at least. Combine that with a defensive coordinator coaching change and the growing pains will only increase. It's too much. These players will fumble and crumble under the weight.

Different coaches, DC, oc have come and gone over the past 29 years. Same front Office. What makes us think believe a new coaching staff will change things.
it won't if it's the same ole puppets that we have had in the past... If. Jerry decides he really want to win and hires a solid HC, then things can change... until then we are reliving groundhog day....

why growing pains? It's not like they need to rebuild under a new coach, they've got more talent on this team than they've had in years, they just need someone that can manage talent and develop good game plans.
