Messed up... Hope jerry get's his head out his butt soon

Absolutely. Slater just re-tweeted the same video, and Fish alluded to this on the air earlier.

Jerry needs to act quickly in making decisions on these guys, otherwise they're missing out on opportunities elsewhere. They still have wives, kids, and mortgages. He's being selfish with their time as well as the window to find a really good opportunity in the NFL can sometimes be small.

Right? Firing them would be better them just leaving them in limbo like this. let them look for work.

There's a pretty high percentage of CEOs and business executives who are considered clinical sociopaths, and I'm pretty sure Jerry Jones is one of them, in addition to being an ignorant fool who got lucky making a ton of money by being dumb. I really can't say enough negative words about him.

Absolutely - especially guys with a lot of upside like Colombo and Kellen Moore.

Ron Rivera could've hired one of them already (or tried to), but they could've said no because they don't know what's going on within their own organization.

I mean, I think we need a whole new group of coaches, but man let the men support their families.

Sometimes.

I'd say it's more about the things people did to get to that place, whether they end up rich or not. That would exclude people who acquire their wealth through inheritance, lotteries, or wildcattin'. ;)

I think he is very intelligent person. But he is out his depth running the day to day of a football team. He is business man, and one of the best there is. But he just cant see that he doesnt have the ability to be a good sports executive.

See, I don't even think he's a good businessman. He just found enough oil to hire people to conduct his business for him. Anyone could have done that. The man has brainworms.

He has done alot for the NFL on the business side of it. There is a reason why he is a respected figure in the owners circle. He is just a bad executive
