"The Walking Dead" Season 4– Episodes 9-16...

Yeah.

At this point in time (a year and a half after the start of the event) why keep it a secret? What's the point?

In addition if this guy, Eugene, was all that... Well I think he would have been in better company.

I believe that it's ultimately a lie and will never lead us to any clearer picture, but I still can't believe that the guy wouldn't have been forced - by any means necessary - to share what he knew.

I could tell you what Eugene is all about, but it would be a spoiler

Well, whatever the case may be, it definitely looks like poor writing to me. And if the TV writers had the option, which they appear to have, they should have corrected it.

I can't see any rational human being presented with that information who would hear "it's classified" and leave it at that.

How about you?

Honestly I don't think about it that much. It's supposed to be entertaining and if I tried to think of all the gaps in the story while watching it, I'd be annoyed.

I try to do the same, but it seems to me that those gaps in logic grow larger and more frequent lately, affecting my enjoyment of the series.

I can see that. I like the series so much that I try to ignore it.

Here we go.

Hopefully this is the week the show gets good again.

This episode is dragging thus far...who cares about Beth getting drunk?

Episode 4-12...

Not necessarily a real good episode but a nice one.

Tapped the brakes for some character development.

Folks that crave lots of action won't care for it.

I did like the going through golf course club-house segment.

I liked it. A lot of character development, and showed Daryl coming back from the brink of giving up.

Daryl's big reveal wasn't much of surprise... It's not like you could picture Merle and he operating an ice-cream truck or delivering mail.

The show is just progressing ridiculously slow and it's inevitable that it's going to be like this until something happens in the last 5 minutes of the season finale.

The show has peaked for this season though and right now they are just letting the characters reflect on their recent and distant past and basically just time wasting for the rest of this season.

Beth is going to die before the end of the season for sure. Any doubt was erased when she mentioned that Daryl would be the last man alive and that he would remember her.

Heck I thought she was going to get eaten tonight.

I liked it and was entertained.
