This is JJ's team and he's screwing it up.

I really hope you never had any credibility here, because if so, you lost it all today.

Make a poll and see if everyone thinks that if Jimmy and Jerry had been together in Miami .... they would have won a superbowl.

I think they would have used Marino like they used Walker ....

But keep trying kid ...... its a bad habit to team up with the crew you are hanging with at the moment if you are looking to be taken seriously.

Jimmy never wanted to trade Irvin...he did draft Alvin Harper because he was worried Irvin would never be able to stay healthy enough after two bad knee injuries to pan out...obviously after the 91 season that was never a thought again

Jimmy never "wanted" Walsh over Aikman...he did the right thing at the time, giving the team multiple options at QB...and had he known we were gonna go 1-15 and have the #1 pick in 1990, he'd have never used that supp pick on Walsh...Jimmy also said they came to the conclusion very quickly that they'd trade Walsh to the highest bidder in 1990

and the Blair Thomas stuff is not true either...Jimmy actually wanted a couple of defensive players badly in the 1990 draft, when he couldnt get either of them he traded up for Emmitt, who he couldnt believe was still there

David

Jimmy wanted James Francis but the Bengals wouldn't trade, THANK God.

If you want a poll, then you're more than welcome to make one.

And, I don't think I'm teaming up with anyone, especially not someone who seriously thinks that the missing piece for Jimmy in Miami was Jerry.

Here's my vote. No they would'nt have won the Superbowl in Miami because they would've killed each other after they left Dallas.

You needn't worry about that.

I know you do not think you have any credibility on this board .... right BB?

Heck you get banned about every other week :lmao2:

But hey ..... you two will fit well with each other ..... you both hate the Cowboys as much as a Commander fan can. :D

Exactly.

Funny how some have to make crap up in order to fit their agenda.

So Jimmy has an agenda, because they are his words not mine, but hey why let the facts get in the way.

Zrin they don't hate the Cowboys they are sick of the team being stuck in a medeocre mudd hole and who is the common person for the last 11 years with the Cowboys. But I'm trying to be positive and have hope with this upcoming HC selection and I'm excited about JG, cautiously excited.

Use you're search button and read their post for the last 2 years .....

BB has never had a positive post and VA hates Jerry Jones just as much.

Just scroll through them and get back with me ......

I've never once heard that Jimmy wanted to trade Irvin.

Because it never happened. Jerry's pathetic little minions are having fun at your expense.

Jimmy did draft Walsh to compete with Aikman, but Aikman outperformed him and we still managed a first round pick for Walsh.

Maybe the dumbest move Jimmy ever made, considering the money you had to pay them and the unnecessary rivalry it produced. We were very fortunate to sucker New Orleans into that trade.

First I've ever heard about Jimmy wanting Blair Thomas. Thomas went in the top 5 that year. There was never any talk of us wanting to move up that high to get him.

Correct. Thanks to the Walsh pick, we were never in a position to draft Thomas. Someone didn't do their homework on this one.

You want to provide some documentation to support these claims, or should we just dimiss them now?

I vote for "now."

Its cute seeing the bond form out of mutual disdain for the Cowboys ....

:D

Never mind. I just put him on ignore. He promised to behave himself around the holidays, but reverted to his stalking, trolling ways. Sad, really.

Well I ain't got time to do all that, but I've been accused of hating Jerry, I really don't but I really have been frustrated with the team for that period of time and it comes across as hate, not to mention name calling. But I digress, look Jerry is a good owner, no question, but he does not need to be the GM agree or disagree? That has been a near disaster. Give him points for trying but success needs to happen eventually. I do think it's good that for now he is getting advice from Big Bill and others, that's a good decision. I think JG is a good decision so I'm trying to be positive.

That's all he's got. Losing an argument? Don't have time to make an intelligent case? Just call someone a "hater." No fuss, no muss. But there's a simple solution to roadkill's trolling:

I think Jerry is a good GM and the Best owner in the league.

He has Owned the Cowboys for 17-18 years and has 3 Superbowl rings.

He got in Salary cap hell trying to keep the Superbowl teams together and after he got out of it hired the most experienced coach he could find ..... who failed him.

I always think that Jerry wants to win more than anything ..... ask the Eagle and Giant fans how they would like that.
