I think Jerry is a good GM and the Best owner in the league.

He has Owned the Cowboys for 17-18 years and has 3 Superbowl rings.

He got in Salary cap hell trying to keep the Superbowl teams together and after he got out of it hired the most experienced coach he could find ..... who failed him.

I always think that Jerry wants to win more than anything ..... ask the Eagle and Giant fans how they would like that.

Jerry owns the team and can do anything he wants; all he has to do is put 80,000 butts in seats 10 times a year, starting in a couple of years. If he can screw up and do that, fine; if not, maybe that fact will motivate him to want to do things which will make 80, 000 people want to come to his stadium 10 times a year at whatever the costs are.
