The slant was not a terrible throw, it hit him in BOTH of his hands. You keep saying if Romo threw that pass he would have caught it, well if Dez was in those situations, he would have caught both of those balls. If you actually read what I wrote instead of hyperventilating over your Beasley love affair, you would see I said, I am not ready to cut him yet. So why would I make a sig bet about a guy who I said I am not ready to cut yet?

So Beasley isn't as good as Dez.. hmm. Well, maybe you're right.. he sucks.

Impressed:

1: Selvie - That is a remarkably strong man for a 4-3 DE.
2: Tanner - Every run had YAC it seemed. He ran extremely hard.
3: Holloman/Frederick rookie combo - Both played very well in their first games

Dissapointed:

1: Pretty much all the safeties - Just looked slow, out of position
2: Beasley - Yuck
3: Free - Very poor run blocking tonight

he was in for only 1 series.

we had 170+ yards combined running.

ACTUALLY.. if you read what you yourself wrote.. you'd see that even YOU don't agree with your own silly opinions.

Yes, you said you aren't ready to cut him yet (whatever that means, thank goodness you don't pick the team though).

You then stated like two sentences later that you don't seem him making the team at this point.

So after you get done being butthurt that i laughed at that statement and calling me Mr., Mrs. Aunt, Uncle, etc.. Beasley.. you can either admit that suggesting he's a bubble player right now was silly, or you can take my sig bet.

Either way.. he's making the team.

Dude he is a bubble player, he doesn't play special teams, he is never going to be a starter, he is behind, Harris and Williams. He is competing for the 5th WR spot. I am going to stop right now before it gets out of hand over a nobody player. Peace.

is he? i wasn't impressed. but then, we're talking 5th/6th WRs on a team.

to get wrapped up in that is just kinda silly.

Its really not worth debating.. we'll all see when the final roster is announced anyway. But Beasley will get considerable time in the offense this year, imo. Miles and Dez are the clear one and two for us.. and after that, i believe time will be split pretty evenly between T Will, Harris, and Beasley.

green made a great catch, but it was the only throw our trick qb really made tonight.

and if it's not worth debating, don't say stupid things like "he will make the roster, count on it."

That's strange because i could've sworn i saw him out there on some ST's unit's tonight.

Oh well, though. You think he's a bubble player.. i think he gets significant time in the offense this year.

Guess time will tell which of us is right.. the only difference right now i guess is, i'm willing to bet im right. You aren't.

He will.. and its not stupid at all.

If you disagree.. say that, and we'll leave it at that.

Just because its not worth debating, doesn't mean you can't have an opinion one way or the other.

you make an extreme statement, great. stand by it. but saying a #5 or #6 WR *WILL* make the team is just stupid.

in my opinion.

but you be you. it suits you.

Tonight I liked Wilber, Selvie and Tanner.

Wasn't unimpressed with anyone to be honest, especially comparing our guys to the stink the Dolphins had going most of the night

Its only extreme from your perspective because you don't agree.

Same with saying continuously that he's a #5 or 6 WR.

You're entitled to your opinion as well.. even if i don't agree with it. I won't call it stupid because im not that ignorant.

But you be you.. it suits you. :)
