My line of thinking is that if you were even thinking of getting rid of Dak after the 2024 season, then you're an idiot to pay Lamb and Parsons. That would be dumber than dumb no matter how good they are. You'd be wasting a ton of money on players who won't make a difference until you find your franchise QB.
Pay Dak. Pay Lamb. Pay Parsons.
or
Drop Dak. Trade Lamb. Trade Parsons. -- Rebuild with the draft picks, find your next franchise QB in the draft, use the money saved to sign some young free agents.
The fact that we did nothing to prepare for the draft coming up, which is deep in QB's, WR's, OL, RBs, LBs, etc., tells me we are not trading anyone because this would have been the time to do it. If you aren't trading Lamb and Parsons when they are the height of their value for this deep draft, then you certainly don't pay those guys and drop Dak with no future QB to make such a move pay off.
