I waitressed in a bar that served food 2nd-year uni. I never worked to get tips for myself, I worked because I actually liked it (the shift just seems to go zoom past when it's busy) so I was naturally cheerful and friendly to customers. If there was any conscious incentive to get tips, it was that they were shared with the kitchen staff so there was that extra incentive to help them out because they don't make a lot. Think just being nice and helpful got me tips, that and my low cut white t-shirts lol. Fun times.

As I said, 24hours you look up the stuff "Waitresses fault" and since none came up with quotes, the ones without quotes did that stated that most of the things that happen are not their fault. Look at page 3 as to how I found it. I came right to that page. NO SIFTING THROUGH PAGES.
