True fans will never turn on this team.

It is about realizing nothing we do or say is going to change the narrative. This is Jerry’s orchestra.

So we stop caring and giving the Jones family any of our money… only then when the Joneses stop making money will they invest to make this team relevant again

Current fans wont. Ive been a Cowboy fan all my life. Moved to Dallas just so I could watch them. If I continue to watch football, I'll be watching the Cowboys. No changing that.

But any new fans. Younger generations. All they know is that Jerry is a LOSER. He is Al Davis to them. Hes a joke. Hes tarnished the star in a way that may never be reversed.

Thats what makes me sick. He has thrown away everything that the storied teams and players sacrificed themselves for. All for ego and narcissism. And even when hes gone I dont think things will change, unfortunately. Steph will probably be just as bad or worse.

As long as the Jones name is associated with the Dallas Cowboys, this team will be nothing but a circus, run by clowns.

“I don’t know that I would go as far as (calling) the volume connotation as yelling,” Jones said, via The Athletic. “But the facts are that if I’m going to be grilled by the tribunal, I don’t need it to be by the guys I’m paying. I can take it from fans and take it from other people. I take a lot of pride in how fair and how much I try to work with the media, we’re brothers and sisters. But I was a little frustrated there today."

“The wrong ones were doing the questioning. Now, if those had been real fans sitting there or if there had been people that knew what they were talking about, football people, I might have had a different answer.”

It's admittedly difficult to feel bad for Jones, but this is a new low.

Blinded by rage and embarrassment over the Cowboys' miserable start (this is a bad 3-3 team, folks), Jones laid waste to the narrative that he doesn't control the local media. Tuesday's interview along with his response gave the impression that he wants to dictate the narrative. Again, 105.3 The Fan is the flagship station, but Jones does not pay the station's work force.

I'm being serious when I ask why does Jerry believe this media is on his payroll?
Does he own the rights to the station, or just his influence over 105.3, because that would make me laugh even harder.
105.3 will get insane increased ratings if they keep with this narrative and don't fold and remain uncensored.

Authenticity has a price - but it's worth it.

There are tons of Cowboys fans that fully turned on this team yesterday.

This organization and POS JJ is a far far cry from Tom Landry, Tex Schramm, Roger Staubach, Randy White...... when I first became a Dallas Cowboys fan.

DC takes all commercial money while games are on. some would argue that Jerry bringing listeners over the past 3/4 years has dropped, Shan and RJ are in no way paid for by Jerry. He’s delusional

Sill has lots of clout and could use it.

Shan was correct in saying if they can't have a mutual respect then they need to cancel these interviews. There are other sports stations who are not sponsors of the Cowboys and they do just fine in this market.

Nothing would make me happier than to see Jerry sell the team. He's been extremely successful in building the business, The Dallas Cowboys. He's been terrible at running the football team.

He likes to argue he brought 3 championships. I think everybody other than Jerry knows that was Jimmy Johnson. Just imagine if Jerry had kept his mouth shut after winning the 93 Super Bowl. We may have won 4 or 5 in a row with Jimmy at the helm.

Jerry has morphed in to Al Davis. I don't think there is any hope of football success until he is no longer calling the shots.

My thing is I'm those weren't the toughest questions ever asked but why is he so salty and sensitive lately? As mentioned, this is actually the third
time he's snapped at a media employee. I just think there could be some deeper issues he's dealing with........issues his money can't fix.
