If he had gotten the defense like Eli got which lead him to 2 SBs , incidentally beating tom brady, Romo could have won one.
Romo needed a defense just like Dak does, but Eli pulled off an even more miraculous play to beat the Pats in the SB.

That was literally the game winning play. Smart move not getting into an argument.
It’s pretty obvious why you lose arguments because you don’t comprehend very well. I said Romo never made plays like that when it mattered most, as in the playoffs. You know those games that are do or die with your season on the line. That play against Houston happened in week 5 of the regular season. The Texans came back to tie that game and the Cowboys won in OT. The Cowboys ultimately ended up losing once again in the divisional round.

Then why was he 2-6 in season finale elimination games and the playoffs? He never made plays like that in do or die games.
Sure he did. He played well in most of those games, carried them even. Team just wasn't good enough.

Dak plays like junk on a stick in his losses. He's the main reason they lose.

These are softballs, buddy. You've got to to better than this.

I think he got injured on that play. Hec was hit right after he threw the ball

He played awful in most of them. He was DREADFUL against Philly in 08 and Washington in 2012. Both games had a playoff spot on the line. He had 6 turnovers in those games. In our playoff losses he had 2 INTs and 8 fumbles. He stunk against Minnesota but so did our defense. You might want to take off your blinders. I will agree the teams weren’t good enough which contributed greatly to his struggles.

oh year the win and get in metric you Romo haters came up with
Most of the time how he played had nothing to do with the outcome of the games.
But selective memories will always claim otherwise

Says he won't get into an argument, immediately gets into an argument.

KJJ just can't help himself. Posts something stupid and then doubles down and makes a thread 15+ pages long.

Anyone notice how most of Romo’s highlights don’t come from the playoffs? The only highlights people show are the bobbled snap and Dez caught it game….

Had Eli not escaped a certain sack and got that pass off, Tyree would have had no chance. That play all started with Eli which is why he was named the games MVP.
He did look like Houdini escaping, but that pass was a duck and it a totally lucky catch by Tyree.

Kinda hard to tell that based on these posts
You might want to read all the comments I’ve made about Romo. He was a very good QB who had to deal with a lot of the same issues Dak has had to deal with.

Actually it was Tyree who made that big play.
David Tyree is often minimized when that play is re-examined. The best wide receivers to ever play the game would not routinely catch that ball by trapping it upside their helmet. I would bet Tyree could not do it more often than not if given multiple chances. Just an all-time great catch on his part.
