I was met with the same responses as I am in this thread.

Brady only went on to throw 40 TDs this year and get his team to the playoffs.

honestly, you just don’t get it. Any of it. Weren’t you the guy that said no qb can win with this defense?

Brady would've been fine with the offensive line that everyone anticipated starting the season at the time.

I also don't think we would be such slow starters with Brady as the QB which would allow us to jump out on teams.

Plus the standard just goes up when Brady walks through the door. I don't see us starting the year 1-3 or nearly 0-4 like we did this season.

Again.. I'm not blaming Dak for anything. He doesn't make much of a difference either way and provides a solid standard.

Brady knows how to get rid of the ball quick. He's played behind a lot of bad offensive lines and still produced.

If Andy Dalton can win at the same rate as Dak behind this Oline than i'm very confident Brady could still be Brady.

Like I said, you don’t get it. Dak and the offense were the #1 offense in nfl history before he got hurt. And Brady did start slow this year with Tampa. Now way Brady does anything better than 1-3. Maybe goes o-4. Regardless it doesn’t matter. The team sucked so getting rid of dak in his prime for a 42 year old Brady would have been dumb.

I think we can keep the core group of receivers + quarterback together and be really good at some point. Look what Atlanta did. They went 4-12 in 2013, 6-10 in 2014, and 8-8 in 2015 but went to the Super Bowl in 2016. Did they cut Matt Ryan? No, he was QB in every one of those years. He wasn't the problem.

I know we all want new things, but we can certainly accomplish what Atlanta did by keeping this core group together who has NOT reached their full potential. Just like Julio Jones didn't reach his until his 4th year. CeeDee or Gallup is like Julio in this comparison. If we keep them next year.... with Gallup and Lamb reaching new heights... OMG, team could be unstoppable.

Dak can hang with the best teams in the nfl with the worst defense in nfl history with zeke fumbling twice a game.

jerry is going to sign stats prescott to a massive contract. All the losses next year will be blamed on the offensive line and defense, but it's not because we can't afford any decent players.

They have a top defense and I think Flores is becoming one of the best coaches.

Dallas? We are trending down but our division is awful so we will be in the hunt regardless unless Washington finds a QB.
