the Ravens just ran Reads at him on the biggest play they didnt even block him they let Lamar put him in shackles for a 9 yard run for a game sealing 1st down.

OC’s know to run right at him or force him to make a decision in open field. Takes away his aggressive attack…

He’s not making our defense better and has been a virtual no show so far this season. He’ll be looking for close to $40 million per season next year. He’ll be a training camp holdout. He only has one sack in our first 3 games and opponents have figured out how to neutralize him. He’ll be lucky to have double digit sacks this season with teams running the ball all day. He’s not making as many eye popping plays as he did his first couple of seasons and he continues to wear down. It’s just been reported our run defense is the worst through 3 games in the last 60 years in the NFL. Parsons says he only wants to play until he’s 30. He’s talking about being in the Olympics in four years. He doesn’t love football. We need to see what kind of haul we could get for him in a trade. We need to build the DL with a solid DT and add a quality RB.

There were a few of us that wanted to trade Prescott, Lamb and parsons. We would have a lot of money available a number of great first round pics.

Hey. If another team really offered a Herschel Walker level trade. I would be willing to listen.

But that’s just not realistic. You probably get 2 firsts for Parsons. And if you draft a bust or even just mediocre player with one of those picks, you just made the defense much worse.

It would have been crazy to trade all three of them. Those are three best players. We would’ve been using most of those picks trying to find a QB. Trading all three would’ve made absolutely zero sense. Good luck coming up with players as good as them with those draft picks. You trade one and that’s it and Parsons is the one. Our defense is horrible with him and he’s not impacting these games where we’re getting our butts handed to us. The contending teams know how to neutralize him.

It’s pretty obvious what I would hope to get out of this. You’re hoping to add more players to the DL and possibly get a quality RB. We’re never going to improve the defense, especially against the run if we don’t fix the DL and add a quality DT. We need someone upfront that’s real disruptive and creates some havoc.

I never agreed with this before but I do now. We need bodies on defense.

He was a legit game wrecker in the first game. Did you even watch it?

Who’s talking about the first game? It’s obvious you didn’t understand the post. yeah, he looked terrific against Cleveland. He’s usually a game wrecker in the games where we’re dominating the opponent and not being destroyed on the ground. Where was he the last two games? He had zero sacks and one QB hit. He’s not showing up against contending teams. He’s done hardly anything in four playoff games. The games we got destroyed in last season he was a no-show. When San Francisco got way down to Detroit in the conference title game, it was Nick Bosa leading the charge that helped bring them back. He had a couple of sacks and several QB hits. All Parsons is doing while we’re getting beat up is sucking air.

Maybe, but the bigger elephant is that we need talent at DT.

Imagine saying our defense is horrible with Micah Parsons in year 3, when he’s literally been the best player the last two years on defense, while at the same time defenfing Dak, who in 2018 without Amari Cooper was literally the worst player on this team with his Quincy Carter records of futility and in his 9th year are running a dumbed down version of the West Coast for Mr. Brainiac under Center..
