What talent was added during wades time as HC?

As successful as that time may have been it was truly short lived because of the ineptitude of his drafts.

I'm not saying Garrett is perfect or even the best HC the cowboys can currently, but I think folks (maybe not you) build up the Phillips tenure because of their anti Garrett agenda.

Just like Switzer is frowned upon because of their pro jimmy agenda.

i am absolutely not a wade fan and disliked his hire, so am not building him up to be anything

my only point is that you cannot denigrate a coach that had much more success in the same environment while placing anoher guy on the pedestal when he has done a lot less

if wade was bad and needed to go, garrett has to be really bad and should go as well
