Again. Then they should have gone after Zeke not once but twice for the weed store and exposing a womans breast in public whether she agreed or not.

I am pretty sure Goodell had the exposing the woman in mind when he went after him relentlessly on the DV issue. Never stated it publicly, but you know it was part of it. Going into a weed store in a legal state is nothing close to what Odell's picture was about - not even a comparison!

So if Goodell had that in mind when he punished Zeke, and based on the other comments made about allowing photos/videos be considered “evidence”, then do you agree Zeke should have been suspended to some degree for the boobie incident?

Who cares weed is legal in that state? We’re not talking about legality and if we were it’s still federally illegal and it’s against the NFL rules to use marijuana (as dumb as that is). If we are going strictly off legality, then there is still no proof Odell did anything so legally there’s nothing the NFL can do. On the other hand, if they wanted to say they didn’t like the “image” Odiva was portraying in the video then we circle back around to how they may not like the “image” Zeke portrayed by going into a weed store.

Again, Zeke got screwed but going after other players over pictures/videos as some sort of justice for what they did to Zeke is dumb and could easily come back to haunt us. Let it go, it’s over.
