Anthony Gonzalez in the first would absolutely make me sick.

No way will he go in the first. I think a mid to late second and maybe even an early 3rd.

I like him a lot but not in the first. It would not be good value there.

I guarantee you if Landry or Nelson are there (22)...we go safety in the first. I'd prefer to see us grab a corner though (if there is any merit to this Henry to FS thing).

I like Watkins, and would like to see him develop, but those two are rare talents. It would be foolish to let them get by us. Why certainly not an OL.? I could see us taking Levi Brown if he falls to 22.
We have taken an OL in round 1 once...that is in 46 yrs of existence.

Those of you who think we do not need a FS, I have a question.

Did you watch any Dallas games last year?

Nelson or Landry would be excellent value at 22 and both are playmakers.

I watched it. The safety play wasn't all that bad except for a few mishaps with Watkins early on and Keith Davis.

Your point? Does that mean we have always had, and continue to have, a Oline that merits no improvement?

I'm not a huge fan of taking an OL in the first, but I wouldn't put it out of the realm of possibility.

I dont think we need a FS.

Yes I did, every game.

Playmakers? In college maybe, NFL, who knows?

Besides getting beat bad twice last year, Watkins came on when he finally got another shot.

Dont get the plays where Kieth Davis, or even Roy Williams were beat confused with Watkins.

Watkins was beat twice on plays that could have easily been reversible.

If you dont know what I mean, read the 200 other posts I said it.

Besides those 2 plays when was Watkins really beat bad?

He wasnt. He was around the ball against the run and made some plays against the pass when he got another go around.

You can create your dream secondary if you want and it would still get picked apart without a pass rush.

We need to fix the front 7, not the secondary - unless Henry moves to FS, then we go CB.

well chances are Nelson and Landry will be drafted prior to our pick.............

so if we want a CB to replace Henry who moves to FS or if we want to pick another player who could potentially play FS...........

Aaron Ross - Texas

I really, really don't understand these people that are convinced we're going WR.

I've got to think they're all the same people that believe Owens is gone. Because with Glenn, Owens, and Crayton around....WR is pretty low in the priority list for this year.

I think Glenn will be gone and I think we should draft Rice, Jarrett, or Ginn.

Jason Witten would never fall out of the 1st round and Steven Jackson would never fall to 24th.

As much as I think Gonzo will be a solid pro. Round 1 is too early for him. Round 2 on the other hand is another story though.

Not a big fan of the guy but if a RB like Lynch falls to us I think Jerry may be tempted.

Trade Julius to draft Maroney/Addai were all over the place last year.

Kind of see why given their stats last year.

The best ever was watching Thurman Thomas.

Forgot about him. At least Thurmal ended up in the HOF (for what that is worth).
