That's how I saw it too. I was on Johnson's side before I saw the video just based on what I read (she started it and was being a racist). But after watching the video, I changed my tune.
I'm with you Joey. From the short clips I'd seen on TV I sided with Johnson. I even gave @
WoodysGirl and @
ABQCOWBOY a like which I'll let them keep because I'm good like that.
But when I watch the whole video, I changed my mind as well. You can see her early in the video waiting patiently for the girls to get their drinks, poor them and move on. When they did, she got to the bar (after waiting her turn). There was room at the bar for both of them and she was almost on top of the guy to her right while Johnson is trying to muscle his way in. She said something to him over her right shoulder which was completely non confrontational, as she had her back to him.
I do feel bad for young people who make these bad decisions. In our video age, these things stay with them for life and have life changing consequences. 10 or 15 years ago, this would have been a non-issue but everything is magnified today.
