We don't know what kind of personal relationship Witten, Romo, etc have with Peterson already. This is one of those things where people can forgive if they believe the behavior has stopped.

Nah, the guy has issues within himself he needs to resolve and there would a whole lot of baggage too that comes with. Now if he ends up sitting out next year and gets some help I would certainly be interested in him in 2016

4 games into the season, where Murray is the league leader, and people want a damaged Peterson instead of him....don't get it...I understand the money aspect (if Murray wants too much), but we don't need two #1 backs...

...spend that extra doh on the DLine or defense in general

ESPN reports the Vikings owe 12.75 million to Adrian next season. To a 30 year old running back at that.

Could you imagine Peterson and Murray keeping each other fresh for a whole season??

Murray will not be here next year. Free agent that has no chance or resigning

I'm actually betting the RB franchise tag goes down next year. Peterson's contract likely comes off and the only RB with a contract in the same range is McCoy, and his isn't as high.

We still have to sign Dez to an extension. Don't see how we can afford all of them.

Very hard to keep high priced running back in today's NFL.

no thanks, don't need an overpriced aging 30 plus year old back with a lot of wear and tear on his treads

Based on a football decision only, which includes age and money it would not be wise to bring in Peterson. There will be cheaper options at running back that will allow Dallas to use their money to fill other areas of need.

As football player AP is pretty good. I think in year or two Murray if he can stay healthy will be crossing APs career trajectory. I am not saying Murray will reach the same heights but the fact that AP is or will be on the decline. It looks like Emmitt's record is safe again for now.

Seeing the route Dallas has started to take, I doubt they bring in 30 yr RB even if it is AP.

Witten was abused as a child ....... there is no excuse for child abuse.

Nope.

I would rather have Murray, Dunbar and Randle.

Especially if Dunbar starts to become better at picking up blitzes. He's another guy that is a tough mismatch for opposing defenses when it comes to catching passes out of the backfield.

YR

Replace Randle with Ryan Williams and I'm with you. Williams needs to be on the active roster IMHO.
