Washington is great example how quickly Cowboys could turn it around

Directly on the field related. Organization and building strengths is growth in the real world. As an organization, the team is pretty strong.
LOL.

No.

Accountability is a huge part of any organization. I know you know that too with the military background. Nepotism and cronyism are a huge issue with the Cowboys. People can't be honest in evaluations or opinions, so it just becomes a self-fulfilling vicious cycle of the entire staff telling the Jones how great they are.

Jerry Jones is not a transformational leader. He could be but he chooses not to. He's a fame-hungry narcissist.

All it took was new ownership, new leadership in FO, coaching and of course insert of talent and top drafted QB.

Lions turned it around as well but it took a couple more years.

Washington’s turn around in one season is the new standard but exemplifies it can be done . But major changes are needed from the top down.
The similarities between the Snyder and Jones football teams are very real and indictive of organizational failure.

That's not the cause, a team's starters is the true value. Two large expenses only robs all other positional strengths. All Pro's are not needed at backup QB.
It’s never too soon to be drafting for heir apparent. Especially with an injury prone starter probably on his last contract.

And in the end if the backup beats your starter out or can’t stay healthy you look for a way to move on.

No, accountability starts at the top. Function in the team starts with the controlling of team on the carpet.
Try reading and quoting my entire post before responding and you might do well to come across differently.

Naw, I'm paying attention to:

At age 35, Moore is one of the brightest young minds in the NFL today. To Jerry Jones and his coaching search, he’s a familiar face with upside.

Then, Cowboys fans will obviously remember Moore for his eight years playing and coaching in Dallas. From 2019 through 2022, Moore served as the Cowboys’ offensive coordinator. During that time he led the Dallas offense into the top 10 on three different occasions. His offense led the NFL in total yards two different times and the team posted 12 wins two different times. With a healthy Dak Prescott, Moore had the Cowboys consistently positioned in elite territory.

I really don't give a damn if you are back to a righteous complaint and name calling, SO?

Those two precepts go together, to get an agreement from this supportive based fan. That is sound, not another year of a team supportive crying routine,

Cowboys could absolutely turn it around. New owner committed to winning and spend money in FA would have a major impact. Hire a good HC and staff would help. Getting injured players back will help. With a couple of breaks (especially Cincy) the Cowboys could have had a better season. Main thing is getting the owner to spend and the right HC in place.
What money???????????? It's all earmarked for three players: Prescott, CeeDee and Parsons! Not much left to pay any decent game changing FAs. JJ totally mismanaged the Cap Space for years to come..............

That franchise got rid of it's owner we still have the same owner that only cares about Forbes.

That value has already been made for this team at this juncture. You stand corrected instead of not paying attention to the current work ground developed here and now. I don't analyze crying on real potentials.

Need to look at grooming another QB and if he works out and Dak has to be benched, oh well....one player shouldn't be above the team no matter his salary.

100 million.

Wake me up when we get to the Divisional round.

DQ had everything in his favor that no Dallas head coach under Booger will ever have.

What if Jeanty is the running back?
While not a popular pick, Jeanty would help "unDakify" of offense. Right now, opposing teams are scheming to stop Dak. When we had prime Zeke, teams loaded the box, so reading defenses came easier for Dak.
