We are the only fan base that could blame the QB for this performance?

Year 8 of excuses in an offense that’s been dumbed down and tailored to him 8 years running…. When Dak collapsed against Denver in 2021, Dallas offense was averaging close to 36 PPG and had at least 4 games in the 40 points…

How many excuses you gonna make? He has a game like the Tampa game to open the season a few years back, where Amari Cooper caught the ball like 13 times and afterwards Dak couldn’t hit the broad side of the barn with him.

This years in the past 3 games he’s taken off more, playing more streetball, but his IQ shows once again in clutch time and he takes a sack, holding the ball too long.

I've seen those posts and laughed. They have to be Beagles, Commanders, or Giants fans.
They are Bash Dak Over Dallas Fans. they rather we lose so they can bash Dak. if we win and Dak doesn't play great, they bash him as we won despite him. and when we lose and he plays great, its he couldn't get the team over the top. if not for Dallas losing, they would have zero comments. literally

dumbed down so much that it yeilds 370+ passing yards and 3 Passing TDs...give me that kind of dumb all day long. and here you are complaining.............

yeah, how many excuses are you going to make for lack of protection adjustment when your RT is nothing but a pylon. come on....seriously.... did you watch the game? or did you have these comments ready to go and posted as soon as the game was over?

Mac Jones went 35/54 for 316 yards, 3 TDs and 1 INT against this eagles secondary and not only does he suck, he has no WRs.

Whoever has been telling you the Eagles pass defense is good doesn’t know what they are talking about.

Not here, no. It was a game changing play that he completely bungled. Nothing else.....
so no other player was responsible along the way for anything? none of them even after that play. like presnap penalty or the OL collapse. or schoonmaker not getting in the endzone. none of that mattered? just this single one play in 60 minutes of time.

Everyone deserves blame. It's a 60-minute game, there were good and bad moments from every unit. If you want to blame the OL for giving up the sacks at the end then are you also going to credit them for giving Dak generally good pass protection for most of the game to allow him to get those stats that everyone is raving about?
I don't disagree with anything you said. My problem is people putting the entire game on him. It's ridiculous and unfair. Yes, he made mistakes. The entire team did. No one played their A Game yesterday. But if we do, this team can beat anybody in the NFL. I'm confident in that.

Conveniently left out the part that the Pats' game was at home for Mac. Also, road divisional games are brutal -- see Kansas City in Denver and Dallas at Washington earlier this year. For Dak to do that with as many drops as he had is sensational.

Also noticed you left out that Tua -- who has Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle -- threw for 216 yards on them just two weeks ago. But keep cherry picking.

that could have our QB complete 66 percent of his passes (with how many drops), throw for 374 yards, and three touchdowns on the road against the best team in the NFL...

And still assign him the most blame at the end of it.

I may leave this site because it's clear either half of you all are trolling, or Dak wronged you by not taking a picture or signing an autograph for your son. This is beyond ridiculous. It's why no one takes us seriously as a fan base.
He played well and screwed up the end of it - what do you want? It is not like he took the lead and the defense failed us!

1. First of all,Tua is over-rated and everybody knows the ref'ing in that game was complete garbage.

2. Who cares that it was at home with the Patriots? Mac Jones has been sucking at home all year, except against the Eagles.

3. You also ignore the fact that Dak has familiary with the NFC East and gets to play them twice a year consistently.

4. None of what you stated changes the point, which is the Eagles suck on 3rd down. Howell has thrown for well over 300 yards both times against the Eagles, including close to 400 yards, both home and away.

In a WCO even a medicore QB would be able to complete 73%-75% of his passes. Usually QBs completion rate is even higher. Thats also what you need to make that kind of offense work.

But if your topic is true i am happy that we are still a fan base that demands more than losing in a big game.

Bingo.

If anyone thinks the sky is falling, leave the fan base. We are a better team than Philadelphia. Where they have the edge over us -- and it's a massive one -- is the clutch gene. Just have to close out games better, but this season is not over. All of our goals are still in front of us.
Don't get it twisted, being clutch DOES go hand-in-hand with being the better team.

Thought Dak played a great game and we still came up short. Hurts played good but wasn't exceptional, but his team doesn't need him to be. Same can't be said for the situation in Dallas. For the Boys to beat the Birds Dak has to be damn near flawless. The balance of team just isn't quite good enough.

We agree on one thing, the majority certainly do take delight in running to the podium to relentlessly ***** and complain about our QB.

It is par for the course. They are worse then the media with the agendas.

Dak threw the ball 44 times yesterday. In comparison, the Eagles let Jalen throw it 23.

That is called putting the game on a players shoulders. Yes, they came up short...on the road....vs the NFC Champs. It could have EASILY been different if they don't call an illegal formation after everyone checked in (should be investigated) or if they call the PI on the Schoon's.
Its funny to me that our defense ..you know the "Strength" of our team gave up 28 points to the eagles before the start of the 4th..the offense scored 23 points...Eagles D gives up 21 points a game and scores 27..but yeah clearly the offense underperformed..makes complete sense..
