Wells Conclusion: Guilty

I bet Giselle cried. Her Tom!

Bandwagon fans of the Pats must be devastated....

Did it conclude he didn't know, or just couldn't prove he didn't know? I seriously doubt he didn't know, but if he never got near the balls, you can't say he did unless someone comes out and says he did.
The report concluded in its "more probable than not" vernacular that Belichick and Kraft didn't know.

Tom has had a heck of a few days.

Goes To Kentucky Derby
Leaves and goes to Mayweather fight
Today report says Tom pretty much had to know

You had the good...now take the bad there Capt ButtChin

i will restate

tom frickin brady was THROWING THE FOOTBALLS! and if a QB knows if they prefer 14 psi over 12 psi, then they SURE as heck knew they were way under.

That's what I've said all along. I don't think Kraft or Belichick necessarily knew. But it's contradicts logic and common sense that Brady, McNally and Jastremski didn't know.

That's my take on this, too. I guess the next question becomes whether the league decides to punish the individuals or punish the organization. My guess is the latter.

I think the league will have a hard time punishing Belichick when the report concluded Belichick didn't know.

While I agree with your point, it is naive to believe had no idea, I don't think Tom would do something that effects the whole team without knowing Bill was okay with it. They may have never had a specific conversation about this is what I'm going to do on game days, but I bet he knew that Brady liked his footballs under inflated and I bet Brady knew that Bellicheck didn't have a problem with it..

I can easily buy that Kraft didn't know. Illegal or not, I doubt it's the type of thing he wants to talk about. But it doesn't make sense that Bellicheck, the biggest control freak of a head coach, would have no idea that this was going on.

as detail oriented as BB is (most call it being anal retentive) its kind of hard to think he did not know about doctoring the footballs. The two joes did their job- they took the bullet. And it was nicely done- just enough out there to show something happened but no real smoking gun. Best possible result for the Pats as the blind homers like rogah can make noise.

They have not yet figured this out:: once caught cheating you are forever branded as cheaters and never given the benefit of the doubt again. That is called reality.

So what you're saying is Belicheat got the okay from Kraft to let Brady tell the staff to lower the PSI of their footballs by 2lbs?

I suppose it is good news that someone outside of Goodell was able to investigate so the evidence cannot be destroyed this time around, but I will honestly be surprised if Goodell does anything of consequence as far as punishment goes.

The text msgs are damning, and pretty funny.

Bill Polian said the "more probable than not" is guilty in the nfl in regards to this type of stuff. This isnt the court system
