Continuity is exactly what we do not need.

We have nearly no playoff success. The continuity is awful.

Jerry and Stephen needed the continuity. Not the team. Not the offense. Just Jerry and Stephen's comfort level. Screw the football part. Nobody cares about that.

The Cowboys decided to promote OC Brian Schottenheimer over waiting for former OC Kellen Moore - coaching NFC Championship Game with Eagles Sunday - at least partly because they viewed his personality as more capable of commanding the room in terms of demanding accountability and establishing leadership.

I would think that they probably draft a running back high in the draft. They could draft one in the 1st two rounds.

Dak's best season was 2023 where he passed for 4,500+ yards, 36 TDs, only 9 INTs, a 105.9 passer rating and league MVP runner up.

Not really. Give him a better Oline, a better running game, at least more than 1 legit WR weapon and a better playcall designer, Dak will still light you up.

So he needs a complete overhauling of the O to carry him, wow that’s what a 60 million dollar QB does for a team, who would have thought
