What happened to Jordy Nelson?

It's a big blow to the Packers but they still have more than enough weapons to exploit the Cowboys' defense.

That QB is playing out of his mind right now.
I agree we do not need to see that version of Rodgers this weekend. We have to play whomever is in front of us. They are not as strong without Nelson and Montgomery. I trust in Rod to come up with some type of limiting scheme for Aaron Rodgers. Long offensive drives with no turnovers or penalties come to mind.

Didn't Romo play with a punctured lung in San Francisco one year? Not that it matters, there is no way the medical staff is going to clear Jordy to play if he is hurt this bad.

And if he is cleared to play, I'd go after that area every chance they get.....

I would take any remaining QB in the NFC over Prescott, yes.

I don't think it's a radical idea to go against the rookie.

Not really saying much, Wilson has won a SB, Rogers has won a SB and 2 league MVPs and Ryan is having about as good a season a QB can have.

Now if we're talking a package deal, I'd take the Cowboys offense over any of the remaining offenses. Not as explosive, but god are they efficient.

I want to win next Sunday as bad as anyone but you are SO right. That pissed me off to non end. Worse spearing hit I've seen in YEARS. Refs continue to be blind at the worst times.

I thought the Steelers spearing on Matt Moore was pretty bad earlier in the day.

Looked like Michael only knew a couple of plays.

Yeah, I am wondering what the deal is with him to have that much talent and go through so many teams so quick. Seattle could not wait to get rid of him again.

Again, if it was on a normally clean hit I'd say: "too bad, so sad...it happens". But Hall cheap shotted the crap out of him. Brutal hit that could have hurt Hall (neck or spine injury) as bad as it hurt Nelson. Unforgiveable non-call.
Cheap shot? lol you sound silly. Now getting hit in the ribs is illegal? Now I knew head shots get attention but I swear I've never saw chest hits get called dirty helmet or not. The longer you live the more craziness you hear from people. It's not just you saying this craziness either so don't feel singled out.

Yesterday's refs allowed a lot of vicious hits that included helmets to helmets...that speaks poorly of them. Protect the players, NFL...or just shut the hell up.

If anyone has broken a rib before, you'd know that there's essentially no way he's playing next week.

Breathing hard? Feels like knives in your side.

Twisting your torso? Kidney stones feel better.

Not to mention that additional damage can cause even worse complications.

Nelson is a tough SOB, watch him act like his ACL tear was nothing, but he ain't playing through this.

I just had this injury and it is no joke! Even if he does play he will be a shell of the Jordy we have seen lately
