Ok c’mon it’s week 3 lol they’ve played 2 games. Nothing has been proven yet. There are still a ton of variables that decide who ends up the winner between the two parties:
Cooper is a top receiver in Cleveland. We have Matt Waletsko. Winner: Cleveland.
-Cooper has lit up plenty of September’s just to get banged up and balk in the cold as the season wears on.
He’s a proven top 10 receiver. No revisionist history here.
-Michael Gelken tweeted Gallup looks like his old self. If Gallup is back to his full self and stays healthy he has high-end WR2 ability and we’ve seen it (1,000 yard season in 2019).
Nothing proven yet. At all.
-If Ceedee does prove to be a viable WR1 or a 1A one 1B thing with Gallup they’ll definitely be effective. Lamb had 7 for 75 last game with a backup QB and a conservative as heck 2nd half game plan. We still don’t know who he is yet.
“If” is a very big, small word.
-Jalen Tolbert has 100% started slow no doubt. But we have to give guys a chance to before writing them off. He made a big step from South Alabama to the NFL. Time will tell on if he’s a player. If so, you’re at least 3 deep with quality WR’s (4 if you’re a Noah Brown guy lol).
I’m not minimizing Brown after last week.
In reality, it’s going to take a year or two before you actually know who made the out better here. There are ifs and variables that are gonna decide this thing over time.
I disagree. The Browns are winning NOW. They’re going for it. Are the Cowboys?
