He may not be a great HC anymore, but he was a really good OC and QB coach. He drug some trash QBs to the playoffs as OC in KC and New Orleans.

Andy Reid is an excellent coach.

Barry Switzer is a much better example for the point you are trying to prove.

You guys need to stop listening to the media. They need more click bait material to improve their ratings. What better way than to talk about the Cowboys and their woes. If the only thing the ca gripe about is their head coach and his time management then is a glorious day for all Cowboy fans.

I like McCarthy. He is a good coach. I love the culture that he brought to Dallas. They are well prepared and well coached. McCarthy doesn't impose his style on the entire team. He let's the assistants do their thing and put the players in positions to succeed.

What more can we ask for?

I don't see it that way at all. Reid is average. Maybe slightly above average.

HC's get elevated after winning a super bowl. Doesn't mean they deserve it.

Jeff Fischer should've won one. Is he great? Gary Kubiak, Mike Tomlin. All average.
