I'm sad to say I think the Niners are the better team and will most likely win the game. I do believe Dallas can win the game but I don't trust that they will.

In 10 games played on a neutral field the Cowboys win 6 of them. These are in my opinion the 2 best teams in the league right now. What a lucky draw NBC got. I mean what kind of numbers are they going to hit Sunday night...I'm very curious. Easily the most watched program since last SB obviously.

The true test to determine if your "belief" is really just "hope" in a fancy dress, is to put something significant on the line. Just how much do you "Believe"?

I hope the Cowboys win and I believe they have a good chance to win, but the reality is... so do the 49's. No amount of flexing and posturing changes that reality.

if they play 10 times in Dallas then dallas wins 5/10

we have a real shot but its going to be a tough one...but by no means are we overmatched. Its going to be a slug fest and will be a realy fun to watch.

In terms of probabilities, given current conditions of both teams and the 49ers on the road, the 49ers win 7 out of 10 games. But the Cowboys are due for a break. I pick the 49ers to win 31-17, but would not be surprised at all if the Cowboys coming in emotionally charged and punch the 49ers in the mouth and getting a win.

It is like waiting to see what bad thing will happen to them. What will go wrong next. When will the snake bite.
Until they get that cleaned up, SF will be favored. Maybe they need to hire Chuck Norris to take care of that snake.

I'm just trying to understand your logic.

If team x has a record of say 16-1 and wins the Superbowl is them that beat them that one time better than the Superbowl Winners?

Yes on that day they were better, but your point wasn't better come Sunday, you said period, a term of absolute.

Incidentally Cowboys 49ers is 19-19-1 all time.

Even if the Cowboys were better at those 3 positions (they’re not) then that would still leave the rest of em to the 49ers.

That’s why I don’t see how you could say the Cowboys are better overall when by your own admission you believe they are only better 3 places.

1998 season. I had just moved to DFW area. Had end zone seats to that game. Went with my soon to be ex father in law. Who said I was still like a son to him.
After the game we went to an entertainment bar and drowned our sorrows.

It’s a matchup thing, they have an edge over Dallas just like Arizona matches up well vs Dallas. We can definitely win but it will take a complete game from all three phases. I don’t know if they are ready, mentally and physically, to go into SF and win.
