Worst. Analogy. Ever.Biggems;3857016 said:Mavs fans = Eagle fans minus the lynch mob violence
I will, Hakeem didn't almost always get double and triple team help against anyone ever. what a jokeBiggems;3857045 said:laugh all you want, but it is the truth. it was so frustrating to sit and watch Hill get outcoached so easily.

danielofthesaints;3856478 said:It's pretty nice to say you have won 4 championships when you were practically handed them in the finals. Nets, Cavaliers, Pistons, and Knicks, not something I'd be bragging on. The Spurs, historically, are the better franchise, but regarding this season, at full health for both teams, the Mavs are slightly better. If the Spurs lose ginobili or parker to an injury, may luck be with you.

The only thing I see similar is that neither franchise has a title (assuming we're not counting the Eagles NFL championship).MC KAos;3857512 said:ya i wouldnt go that far, but i would say the franchises mirror each other, but not the fans.

Yeah that was bad. I'd say 99% of the time the guy is not a "dirty player" though.
The irony is that any Spurs fan fan would ever call another player dirty when they had the king of dirty on their team for so many years in Bruce Bowen.
I've always had a healthy respect for the Spurs....
San Antonio only has one major sports team, so it leads to a very rabid and loyal fan base...which is easy when the team is also so good. I just wish the fans there would at least ocassionally admit that the Mavs are good too.

Is there something else I'm missing?
If not, and that's the only qualifier, then there are a boatload of professional sports franchises that = the Eagles. It's hardly a revelation of any sort.

Now Dallas not only has the best set of big men in the league we easily have the best overall depth in the league.
This is our year.

Corey Brewer is better than who ?
And best bench ? LA and Boston both have better benches. Maybe SA too.

I didn't see anyone defending Terry, so calm down. He's a bench player now anyway. No need to rant.MC KAos;3860432 said:bruce might have been dirty, but he didnt go on to the media talking stupid crap that he has never and probably wont ever be able to back up. bruce also didnt run around like an idiot with his arms out after he makes a three. just wait till the playoffs, in the second round, in crunch time, terry will disappear like Houdini.

CATCH17;3864787 said:You're nuts.
Jet, Brewer, Peja, Haywood, Barea, Mahimi, Marion, D. Stevenson.
Our bench is the best in the league and it's not close.
I disagree, but it's useless to argue to the point.Dallas Cowboys Fan;3864989 said:Jet is a chucker, Marion is an average player without Nash, and the rest are mediocre. Lamar Odom alone makes L.A. better than you add in guys lke Brown, Barnes, and Blake and the Lakers definitely have a better bench. Boston as well.
