You are way off base. The problem is people hate Prescott. And it has nothing to do with him being a Dallas cowboy quarterback. They just don’t like him. He could win a Super Bowl and they would hate him.
BonzoDr Zeus or Cornelius?
Complete Horse Chit! The reason people hate him is because he has a weak arm, can't read defenses, lacks accuracy, isn't mobile, stares at pass rush, never holds himself accountable along with blaming everyone else. And please don't bring up the one time he was forced to accept blame in that GB debacle. The dude sucks! The problem is people hate Prescott. Yet he thinks he should be paid like he is elite. And don't bring up Trevor Lawrence because he at least has the physical tools.
Dak lacks the physical and mental tools.
He just makes me sick because he has built his reputation on pounding bad teams but chokes so bad and gets pounded in the playoffs time after time. And no it's not the rest of the team or coaching. He would be the same trash if he were on the Chiefs, Rams, 49ers. He would ruin those franchises just like he has Dallas. Nobody wants to fight hard for that clown!!!
cooper Rush is better lmaoYou are way off base.
It's not personal.
Long time Cowboys fans know the game. We didn't grow up playing Madden; we played real football.
And most recognize that we wouldn't want Dak as our high school quarterback, much less the quarterback of the Cowboys.
He doesn't possess the leadership skills or the ability to drive an offense. He's not the guy who is going to make the players around him better.
He's just along for the ride, and other players have to carry the team- including him.
He's not a winner. He's never been a winner.
There's a reason for that.
He doesn't know what it takes to be one.

His regular season stats are MVP worthy, yet over 10 years, his big game moments in the playoffs are maybe the worst in history.Straight from Cam Newton's 4th and 1.....
Before the season started and QB evals were being done Dak v. other players, notably this one.
We're comparing Dak to another QB with similar stats over their last 50 starts. That's over 3 years' worth of stats. Remember, this was before the season started. Here we go:
Dak Other QB
W/L 33-17 36-14 practically a wash
Pass TDs 105 105
INTs 38 39
Pass Rtg 101.3 98.9
Yds/Att 7.6 7.5
Comp % 68.4 66.8
Many of you know where this is going, though some may not. The other quarterback's stats are those of Patrick Mahomes.
A QB's legacy is built in the post-season, and I won't argue with that. I will argue that PM had better offenses every year, while we were supposed to have a better defense than KC.
Point the finger wherever you want, but the stats don't lie. Football is a 22 man game, and I'd argue that Dak was doing his job. Like him, don't like him, I don't care. Just remember that there are very few QBs that match up to him that also happen to be available.
Somehow Mahomes has always had a running game. Going into this season, it was obvious that we had problems at the RB position, and that was a killer.
Food for thought as we head into the off-season and begin building our team for next year.
Until next year......

Well if we are going to base everything merely on stats and not understand the difference between winning stats and garbage stats, we are already done for,.Straight from Cam Newton's 4th and 1.....

I love it, my hero lol. You don’t have a clue about anything. What coach did he kill? Jason Garrett LMAO. This franchise is a quarterback killer. Ask Romo ask Prescott. Ask Troy Aikman. Yeah it’s all Prescott’s fault. LMAO if you only understood the game.I don't respect him! He may be your hero but the dude is a franchise wrecker and a coach killer.
You’re agreeing with that other Lambert guy you just lost all respect.Exactly! So true
I don't think Dak will ever be an elite quarterback and 8 seasons later his capabilities certainly could be diminishing. But it does take a very robust and fundamentally sound team to win the Super Bowl. In 2021 the Bucs beat the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Mahomes and company could only muster up 9 points against the Bucs who scored 31. One of the key reasons was the Chiefs offensive line was compromised as 2 of their starting offensive linemen were out and backups were in. The Bucs defense most definitely impacted Patrick Mahomes who did not have adequate protection and struggled passing the football. There’s always somebody else on the team that lets us down. Byron Jones, Ezekiel Elliott, Prescott, they’ve all made mistakes in the playoffs, including coaching. Just can’t blame him, Prescott. It takes a team to fail and win. Like I said, Patrick Mahomes would fail in the system. And I do truly believe that. He’s blessed to have Andy Reid.
You lost all respect the minute you starting defending Dak.You’re agreeing with that other Lambert guy you just lost all respect.
If there is "a lot of truth in that post" then tell us who "they" are. Who here "hates" Dak because of some mysterious, non-football reason? It sure seems like there is a lot of truth in that post.
