Stats, stats, stats.

Probably changes sans the first game.

Again the only important one is the W.

Rather win by one, with 300 total O yards, than losing by gaining 500 yards and being ranked #1 offense in the league.
Drives me NUST when certain people try to use "but we're #1 offense" as some sort of bludgeon to prove something.

Don't care.

All I know is we were bounced out on our axes right quick. FAIL!

In the video they were basically saying being under center helps keep the defense honest. The DB's end up looking in the backfield longer and it slows down the defensive lineman. You add those two things together and it will make an offense look more efficient.

In 2016 Dak played under center a lot.
Wow....I had never thought how center and shotgun can effect the defense read. Thank you!

this was clearly I don't want to give an answer because I will get cornered type of answer so you give the most non-answer answer possible.

its called a diversion.
You really like to pretend you know other people's motives. Just the mere appearance that you "got" someone is satisfying enough for you. That's what a real diversion looks like.

You have to give equal credence to every QB, as to whether it's them or the team winning, so if you answer the question regarding the last time they played the "hot hand", then you have your answer for this time.

Now, if what you really want is my opinion as to whether it's the team winning now, my answer is "yes", just as it was last time.

sheer technicality, Kenneth. I never quibble about a trivial, game or 2 difference , when portraying a trending situation. Now when it comes to a quarterback playoff record, say a 1-3 record, I think it’s more important to be precise on the numbers.

let’s see if I can use it in a sentence. “ Although Joe Burrow came in with a 3-1 playoff record and SB appearance, Lil Cooper Rush was still able to quarterback his Dallas Cowboys to a victory over the Bengals”
I have a better sentence i can use it in...

"Although Joe Burrow came in with a 3-1 playoff record and a SB appearance, it appears his 14-15-1 regular season record is a stronger indicator of his effectiveness as Lil Cooper Rush was still able to qb his Dallas Cowboys to victory over the Bengals".

This is fun.

Defense has been able to keep offense in games. Dallas is 30th in 3rd down conversions, we are 27th in points per game. Upside we have the fewest turnovers per game
Fans wont admit it well the fans who are dak haters. they cant see the Bad dak aka many 2017 games shorthanded and with not such great defense or team that dak put these same numbers up and got taken to the woodshed as a JAG bus driver.

rush is being lauded for the same production...

IN my eyes Dak floor is Rush, daks ceiling is better than rush.

Hoe does this video relate to the Cowboys specifically?
Maybe Dak doesn't have good run game more because of also many play calls from shotgun vs maybe adding under center to more plays with Dak in there to help disguise run vs pass and what not..

I never noticed how may snaps dak takes under center but will going forward but seems nearly 75% Rush is under center and maybe its helping our current offense keep defenses from keying on run or pass Plays. Makes them think more.

downside is nearly no RPOS and stretch plays so who knows.

im thinking they are saying maybe have a few more under center snaps in Daks return then prior games.

you have the snap %?

Rush threw 2 picks last week.
And two the week before, but they were dropped. Everyone acts like he’s made no mistakes. He has, but the opposition just hasn’t taken advantage. It happens to every QB, but let’s drop the Rush makes no mistakes narrative

That is not too meaningful after 4 games. First off we only played 1 team out of 4 with a losing record. And in order for a team we beat to have a winning record after 4 games they would need to be 3-0 in games other than ours. So if you take our game out of it, the teams we beat have the following records: 3-0, 2-1, 1-2, 1-2. Not so bad IMO. I'm not saying we played a tough schedule so far, but just rebutting the comment about beating one team with a winning record.

So why dont you just give Rush the same plaudits as you do Dak, especially, as you say, his ceiling isnt even Dak's floor.....why do you feel you have to demean what he's done and then compound it by contributing every Cowboys loss under Dak to everyone and everything other than Dak.

If an INT is dropped it is not an INT....football 101.

NO i said rush is playing great, his great is Daks Floor, not worse than daks floor, dak plays like this hes ripped, rush is a backup, so a backup will get credit for playing his best football hes capable of..

read my posts i don't choose payers Pollard vs zeke stupid pollard shouldn't start but both are equally as important to this team, no kearse vs wilson both needed, and Dak and rush are both needed but Dak is the clear #1 and that's been my take since day 1.
