Will Gallup Matter?

Prescott completed like 5 passes the first 3 quarters - maybe your expectations of a $40 million QB is to high?

Except it would have been 10 passes and at least one TD through the first three quarters if not for drops.. Maybe expectations for receivers making millions are too high as well?

Michael Gallup is finally being activated this week. We've missed his ability to be a long-ball receiving threat. But the question I have for you is with Dak overthrowing his targets, will Gallup even matter? If Dak can't connect with his deep target then how does Gallup being activated become something the Falcons have to be concerned about?
If all 3 WR are ok and out there then yes. If Dak hits Gallup early then they more roll some more coverage over. Will be a nightmare to cover all 3. And maybe leaves Shultz open..

If you think Dak will be off like he was last week for the rest of the season then you are mistaken. With that being said, I’m afraid he will play like he did last week in a crucial game whether that’s in the regular season or playoffs

He’s the key to our short passing game

If he can run I think he can stretch the field for us with his ability to make big plays down the sideline against 1 v 1 coverage.

I also think he is a better X WR than Lamb and Lamb is still our best slot guy.

We’ll see though.
Gallup by far. It’s way better on the stop go slant. Maybe not RAC. But actually first downs moving the chain

No. The offense was fine without him. You just need decent QB play. They didn't get that last week.
I couldn’t disagree with you more. When’s the last time you seen the stop go slant route. That’s why we had so many third downs converted

None of that matters if Tyron doesn't play and Steele puts up another Chaz Green performance for the second week in a row
Totally disagree. He gets open so fast that was the best part of our team. On third down

Going to be very dynamic with all three back and Ced with all this experience now. Add in Schultz.

My only fear is Moore is going to want to play with all these toys and with Tyron out that’s scary

Im with you, but I read this morning that Hotlanta has a league low 11 sacks. Of course that could change this week!

They won't be concerned at all, hell they'll probably leave him uncovered with he's on the field.

Dak has one of the highest completion pct in the nfl
He doesn’t over throw very often

How about a post asking who we can draft next April to replace Trevon Diggs? As long as we're making stupid posts based on the premise that what happened last week will happen every week from now on.

No he don’t but he was off in the broncos game. I think they said on one bomb to Lamb that Lamb had pulled up on his route. The other was likely a over throw. But both Lamb and Cooper had big drops in that game. I refuse to go back and watch. Lol.

We need to bring Chaz Green back to play LT and isolate him on the left side vs. Atlanta. Just for old time's sake.

Diggs has one bad game and 7 elite ones and you're talking about replacing him. Don't be an idiot.

He wasn’t sharp in Broncos game but I’m sure that was more about his calf than arm and I’m betting he will be back to normal this week

Dak has had one bad game, I doubt it continues. If it does we can revisit. He’s one of the most accurate passers in the league usually

The entire offense needs to step it up this week. With Gregory out, the pass rush will be minimal. The Falcons are going to score points. It would be nice if Bradlee Anae would step up but I think that's asking for a miracle.
