Truthfully the whole division is crap.

I remember the 1977 season... The Yankees had like 100 wins... Boston had like 97 and Baltimore had like 96. It was amazing.

This year the division winner will have less than 90.

Its kinda looking that way

Yea, when I was a kid the Orioles Yankees and Red Sox were competitive every year it seemed.

This year the Orioles have had some of those moments/games where it seems like this is what will get them going and then the next game . . . . . nothing. Truthfully, as poorly as they have played overall its a wonder they arent 15 games out.

Still a long way to go.

I think he needs to be part of that "amazing" mets idea of 6 man/day rotation. lol

Seriously.... Dont pitch him regular.
Save him for the end. Pitch him once a week.

2 shots? Dont give Buck any ideas. He's starting to look frustrated with some of these guys.

The Yanks tried really hard to give that game back to the Angels last nite. 8-1 lead and give up 6 runs in the top of the 9th. What a crock that a guy comes in pitching the 9th inning, gives up 6 runs but gets credit for a save.

There is no try... Only do.

Did they? Lmao

Goes in Win column.

Orioles 29 losses.... 108 games to go.

Can they lose 71 out of 108?

At some point the rest of the wheels fall of their wagon.

90 losses for sure.

The Cheaty-O's have been abysmal since since exposed as the cheaters they are.

Not that they were exactly all that great in the first place.

CC got tossed against the Halo's on Sunday but Yankees still won. CC actually looked pretty good before he was sent to the showers. That's a good thing for Yankee fans.

Well, we got no-hit last night yet still remain in first place

This could quite possibly be the worst offense that I have ever seen the Mets play. I am not sure how they remain above .500 with that hitting and the pitching has faltered as of late :(

Tanaka looked good again against Nats last night. I'm really hoping this is what we will see for the rest of the year.

Yes! Hope so too.

Seriously, Girardi should be up for back to back manager of the year awards.
He coached his butt off to get Jeter into playoffs. They just couldnt score a run down the stretch.

He has these yankees that are typically "white collar" Yankees playing like "blue collar" Yankees.

Yankees lost in extras last night. Neither teams starting pitcher threw particularly well but Wilson and Capuano definitely fell down late and the Nats relief staff locked it down.

Was at Camden Yards for the game tonite. Im loving this Yankee defense :lmao2: Somehow they were only credited with 2 errors. 6 misplays thru 6 innings. Funny thing those Skankee fans were all leaving early . . . . . .

The Orange Cream is rising to the top . . . . . . . This past week is the first time all season they have played decent baseball and looked like the Orioles. I imagine 4 teams in the AL East are starting to worry . . . . . .

You guys have had your 2 months of fun. You might get another month, maybe even 2 where they tease and make their fans think they might have a chance to play more than 162, but dont count on it. That defense is suspect. How are they over .500 at this point?

Why are the super fantastic rightful owners of AL east (orioles) struggling to get over .500?

Our pitching is much better than any team in AL east. Surprise or not. It is!

Mets would be ok if they could only face the Braves, Phillies and Marlins. Unfortunately outside those teams they are horrible. Still waiting for the Captains back to miraculously heal. There has to be a better alternative to 3rd base than Campbell. Of course that would require Sandy Alderson to be proactive and make a deal, something he wont do unless he is the clear winner. Bring back Omar. Heck bring back Steve Phillips....
