Still 2 months to go. Im patient because I know its a full 162 game schedule and over achieving thru approx 100 games doesnt mean anything.

and in two months, Arod can be suspended again for Steroid use, Tex could get nailed at home plate cause his third base coach told him to "go easy" and a play at the plate knocks him out for the rest of the year, Sabathia could be worse than he already is, and a couple of dominican Yankee relief pitchers could hang out with Jenry Mejia and get busted for steroids by association. Who knows what two months holds. I doubt two months ago your crystal ball saw the complete collapse of the AL East. Enjoy the ride. Might get a little bit bumpy.

Reality will be a hard blow for Yankee fans. So far they are on a high and the house of cards hasnt met any winds . . . . . . . . . yet.

Yankees still 7 up in the East. They were down 5 zip after the first. Put up 11 in the 2nd and just continued to roll. No idea what happened to the Rangers Pitching but probably one of those games where you just through the tape away and move on. Happens to everyone every once in a while.

lol you are a yankee fan so i guess you are a little slow today. Mejia is Dominican. I figure those would be his homeboys. But on second thought I am most likely wrong on that. I am sure Arod hooked Mejia up with the cheap stuff. That is why he got caught.

Mets get Carlos Gomez for Wheeler and Flores. Wheeler wont pitch until 2nd half of next year and Flores could not hit enough to make up for his defensive deficiencies.

Since reported two hours ago by everyone including both teams websites. , Mets have come out and said no trade. Meanwhile. The fans told Flores he had been traded and Wilmer plays an inning crying in the field. What a pr disaster. Only the Mets can screw something like this up.
 
There is your New York Mutts in a nutshell. Wheeler and Flores for Gomez is a steal for us!

I am hearing that Wheeler's physical is what the problem was for the deal to be cancelled. I sure hope that's what it was............

They can't even fix their own website's message boards. It is as slow as Christmas for two years now.

That was just bizarre. I felt bad for Flores but adding Gomez to the lineup has to make the Nationals sweat a little. I'm a little surprised with the Papelbon move, they already had a pretty solid closer I thought they would go for another starter.
 
The whole NY Mets organization is an utter failure. The Wilpons need to be forced to sell. Their financial mess is hindering their ability to run a baseball team.

Couldn't get a trade done
Failed at controlling the information
Didn't inform the manager
Left a player in limbo
No direction or clue at all
