We made that dynasty run with a lot of home grown players, some vets with some prime left.. sprinkled with vets entering the twilights of their careers.

IMO, this entire situation was handled poorly by MLB. They could have played the games at Nats Park, less than an hour away for one thing.

Now NYer's are rioting. Those NYer's have always envied Baltimorians and now are trying to be just like them.

I read somewhere that the "Orioles playing in the National's park" wasn't going to happen due to the acrimonious feelings between the two clubs due to cable TV issues.

I read on my Orioles forum that the Nats werent even asked. That whole MASN dispute has MLB involved also. The Nats want more of the pie than they originally agreed to when they were allowed to move to DC, so close to the Orioles. The commish should have just said, we need to play these games in Nats Park, so lets get it done.
