If I'm not watching the USA in the World Cup I don’t watch soccer too often. I don't find it very interesting, but I must admit I was on edge of seat watching this match. USA sure looked over matched, but it's a win.

Personally, I hate soccer but it was great seeing our whole country come together and cheer this team on. I couldn't give 2 you-know-whats about the other countries, but I'll be keeping an eye out for this team.

Do ppl really believe that it was the right decition to leave Landon off this team...none of these guys have the skill on the ball that he does.

I still don't mind him being left off the team. I've moved on to the younger core of Brooks, Green, Johansson, etc...

Everybody knew Mex was making it. This team just won the Olympics gold medal against this same Brazilian team 2 yrs ago. Alot of bull was happening the past couple yrs with the mexican federation and them going after a competent coach. They were going after coaches who wanted to leave this generations main parts off national team games and fans hated that. Go off someplace and play with your thumbs. Leave the soccer discussion for fans who enjoy the game.
