World Series: Texas Rangers vs St. Louis Cardinals

Again , we're seeing a left-handed batter having to deal with a HUGE strikezone. That last pitch as six inches outside.
 
Rangers just aren't looking sharp tonight... hopefully that changes...
 
Throw Young an outside and low breaking pitch and he is WORTHLESS.
 
He missed the fat pitch in the center of the zone 2 pitches before that.
 
Rangers are 11-52 (.212) with runners in scoring position in the series.
 
Yeah, really don't like that bunt call, elvis is a decent hitter, don't see the need to play small ball right now.

Honestly I get the feeling that Washington doesn't know what he is doing. He just does what he thinks he is supposed to do at any given moment. I don't get the feeling that he has any advanced strategy.

He is doing what he has done all season long, not making adjustments for the situation, it seems to me, which i think is basically what you said.
