My family shuttled back and forth between Northern NJ and Texas during the 1960s. No bandwagoner here.

Ignore him BB. Just looking for attention. On a different note, what do you think happens with Arod and Jeter this next season?

Sweet deal. Now if it only wasn't months away, haha.

I just hope we can make it back to the playoffs. It will be tough next season.

Yes sir. But you know I said that this year. Getting more division titles would make me happy, I hate those west coast teams, always thought the Rangers have a disadvantage with their start times.

Well, they gotta hope age and injuries aren't catching up to A-Rod. He had trouble hitting mediocre fastballs vs the Tigers. Not a good sign. Jeter will give them his usual solid but unspectacular season.

Do you think they move away from those guys this off season? Any chance of that?

With realignment looming, that could shake things up a bit especially if they get rid of divisions.

Very true. When do they decide this? Sometime during next year?

Not unless they want to pay A-Rod tens of millions for doing nothing. His contract is a millstone around their necks for another six years. Jeter had a decent season, and his legendary status means he's staying put.

Yankees need some young blood. They're getting old.

Never been a fan of blaming the refs, always believed it was for losers, but this is interesting to say the least...

82.3% of missed calls tonight by homeplate ump went in Cards favor.

I would think it's happening pretty soon. And aren't the Astros a near lock to move to the American League?

That's a rather large statistic. It only takes one missed call to set the tone for an at bat. I said it earlier, MLB wanted the Cardinals to win.

I'm sure our conspiracy theories are all empty, but I do wonder sometimes how much in professional sports is "influenced" by the powers that be.

Not interesting. We lost because the Rangers are historically losers.

That wasnt directed at you. I imagine your definition of "interesting" doesnt go much above an explosive fart.

That's what I've heard. But nothing confirmed. It just makes the most sense to move them. And move them to our division would make the most sense.
