Noooo. So much for that one suit mentality. I think this gives the Cardinals the mental edge for game 6. It kinda slows down the momentum and the pressure, gets everyone to calm down for a few days

It might end up being a good thing though. If this game happens to go to 7 then it makes it more likely that Holland gets moved up to start that game instead of Harrison.

Hopefully we finish it off in 6 though.

I really doubt Wash will start Holland if there is a game 7. I suspect he will stick with the rotation. It's not as if Holland has dominated the entire postseason, and in fact other than the 1 game Harrison has probably pitched better than Holland in the postseason.

That's what I would have expected. Holland has shown all year that he can have dominant starts, but he has also shown all year that he can ocassionally have a game where he struggles to get throght the 3rd inning. I imagine Wash is looking at the bigger picture whereas fans tend to just look at the last game.

I sure hope we win this one, because if the Series goes to a Game 7, I believe the momentum will be on the home team (Cardinals') side.
