Norv is too one dimensional. He can't adapt his system to the talent on the team. You either work in Norv's system or you don't. That's why he has had mixed results over the years depending on if players can fit in his timing-based offense. Plus, I don't consider Norv's system to be an easy one to master. It takes a couple of years before you can successfully implement it.
